| 摘 要： | 技术创新的"生态化"新内涵,对构建适应循环经济发展要求的区域技术创新体系提供了基本规定,即技术创新是由经济效益、社会效益和生态效益最大化所规范的过程。在深入分析生态化技术创新与传统技术创新区别的基础上,阐述了生态化技术创新的特征,并从创新主体、创新运行机制和创新共生网络三方面构建了区域生态化技术创新体系框架,以期为提高区域创新能力,促进区域经济和谐发展提供参考和借鉴。
