| Abstract: | Based on the systemic theory,it is analyzed in the level of intermediate economy that the kernel of the secondary development in high-tech industry development zone is integrative innovation,that is,the technical innovation inosculates with the institutional innovation and the innovation of optimal systemic function is achieved.The ways of integrative innovation in high-tech industry development zone are discussed. |
