北京城市边缘交通事故地理研究

摘    要:本文在探讨城市交通环境结构和交通事故潜育模型的基础上,分析了北京城市边缘带交通事故的时间变化和空间分布的特点和规律,并阐明北京城市边缘带事故频发性的主要原因是其交通环境的城乡过渡特点以及由此导致的行人和驾驶员的心理失衡。

Abstract:The city traffic environment constituted by people stream system, vehicle stream system and road system was discussed in this paper. The traffic accident potential model constituted by frequent accident,repeated accident, seldom accident, chance accident was also discussed. The time change law and space distribution law of traffic accidents in the city fringe of Beijing were analyzed, applying higher mathematics models such as deviation portion and location quotient. And divided the city fringe into four accident area types, including high accident area, middle accident area, low accident area and no accident area. The main reason of frequent accident in the city fringe of Beijing was clarified. The first reason is the chaos of the people stream, vehicle stream and road system caused by the crisscross and transistion of the traffic environment of city and countryside. The other reason is pedestrian and drivers lost their balance of speed psychology, direction psychology and red light psychology. Considering the above discussion, several methods to mange the traffic in the city fringe of Beijing were put forwarded.
