宁夏人口城镇化与土地城镇化的耦合协调关系评价

目的]构建人口城镇化与土地城镇化指标,分析2006~2015年宁夏人口城镇化与土地城镇化的耦合协调关系。方法]文章采用熵权法与主成分分析法等2种方法分别求得人口城镇化与土地城镇化各项指标权重,计算两者的均值确定指标的最终权重,利用耦合协调度模型测算宁夏近10年的耦合协调度并进行评价。结果]2006~2015年人口城镇化指数与土地城镇化指数呈现出快速增长趋势,土地城镇化增速快于人口城镇化;人口城镇化与土地城镇化呈现出依赖程度先下降,2011年大幅提升后趋于稳定的状态,发展度与协调度小幅度提升;县域尺度分析来看,银川市等协调发展程度良好,对周边地区起到了一定的辐射带动作用,然而南部大部分地区仍处于中低度协调、失调衰退状态,城镇化发展水平较低,人口城镇化滞后现象严重,提高人口城镇化率,是宁夏亟待攻克的主要城镇化问题之一。结论]宁夏人口城镇化滞后土地城镇化,耦合协调关系有待进一步改善。

EVALUATION OF COORDINATION BETWEEN POPULATION URBANIZATION AND LAND URBANIZATION IN NINGXIA

This paper tried to construct indicators for population urbanization and land urbanization, and analyze the coupling coordination relation between population urbanization and land urbanization in Ningxia from 2006 to 2015. The weights of index were determined by entropy weight method, and the coupling coordination model was used to estimate and evaluate the coupling coordination degree of Ningxia in recent ten years. From 2006 to 2015, population urbanization and land urbanization index showed a rapid growth trend, land urbanization grew faster than population urbanization; the dependence of population urbanization and land urbanization showed a sharply decreased before 2011. After a significant increase in 2011, the level of development had stabilized, the development degree and coordination degree had increased slightly. From the perspective of county scale analysis, the coordinated development of Yinchuan city was good, and it played a certain role in radiating the surrounding areas. However, most of the southern region was still in the middle and low level of coordination. The level of urbanization was low and the urbanization of the population was lagging behind. Raising the urbanization rate of the population is one of the major urbanization issues that Ningxia urgently needs to overcome. The urbanization of population in Ningxia lags behind the urbanization of the land, and the coupling coordination needs to be further improved.
