广西农村居民点整理潜力估算及差别化整治研究

科学有效地评估农村居民点用地整理潜力,探讨农村居民点差别化整治模式和措施,是统筹推进广西新农村建设和顺利开展农村居民点整理的前提和基础。通过选取自然、经济、社会、土地资源和宅基地利用等多个影响因素,构建综合指标评价体系,估算整理农村居民点增加耕地的现实潜力。研究结果表明:2020年广西农村居民点整理现实潜力约为65 573hm2,耕地增加系数平均为15.26%;广西农村居民点整理现实潜力可划分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ等级,且地形地貌是影响农村居民点整理潜力大小的重要因素,两者分布具有相同的趋势。

Study of Potential Estimating of Rural Residential Land's Consolidation and Differential Arrangement,Guangxi

It is the premise and basis for the coordinated development of new rural construction in Guangxi Autonomous Region to have a scientific and effective evaluation of the potential of rural residential land arrangement and explore the differentiated regulation modes and measures of rural settlements.This paper builds a comprehensive index evaluation system,by selecting multiple influencing factors of the natural,economic,social,land resources and so on,to estimate the realistic potential of increasing the arable land.The results show that the actual potential of rural residential land is about 65 573 hectares in 2020,the average coefficient of increasing arable land is 15.26%,and that the actual potential of rural residential land arrangement can be classified into three levels.Topography is the important factor affecting the potential of rural residential land arrangement,the distribution of them having the same tendency.
