| 摘 要： | 本文从二甲双胍已知的降血糖功效引入,解读分析多篇文章,了解二甲双胍的作用机理以及饮食因素对药效的调节作用,得到了营养物质影响二甲双胍药效的结论,摄取糖类对二甲双胍的吸收有间接影响,并进一步分析抗衰老药物问世的可能性.

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the known hypoglycemic effect of metformin,interpreted and analyzed several articles,understood the mechanism of action of metformin and the regulating effect of dietary factors on the effect of metformin,and obtained the conclusion that the effect of nutrients on the effect of metformin,while the anti-aging effect of sugar on metformin was known.And further analysis of the possibility of anti-aging drugs. |
