| 摘 要： | 研究目的:利用农用地分等成果,提出进行农用地定级的新方法.研究方法:实证分析法.研究结果:构建了农用地定级的技术方法体系即两层七参数法,利用各参数乘积获得定级指数并依此划分级别,提出服务于不同流转方式的两种宗地级指数求算方法,并在河北省蠡县应用,将全县农地划分为四个级别.研究结论:利用两层七参数法进行农用地定级,利用分等成果,依据定级要求对其加以选择和修正,是一种较科学实用的方法.

| Abstract: | The purpose of the paper is to explore new method of agricultural land classification using the results of land gradation. Method of case study was employed. The method of "two levels and seven parameters" is set up, in which the indices for agricultural land classification is obtained through multiplying parameters. The indices of two kinds of plots which serve different transfer ways were determined. The method was applied in Lixian County and all agricultural land was divided into four classes. It is concluded the method of "two levels and seven parameters is scientific and practical at present. |
