| 摘 要： | 本文利用我国1998年第3季度至2007年第2季度的人民币实际有效汇率和房地产价格的季度数据建立协整模型,使用格兰杰因果检验方法对我国的房地产价格和人民币实际有效汇率的关系进行实证检验。得出结论:人民币有效汇率和房地产价格之间存在正的相关关系,保持人民币汇率小幅升值有利于维持房地产价格的稳定。

| Abstract: | This paper examines the relationship between RMB real effective exchange rate and real estate price by Granger-Causality test,with the establishment of a co-integration model using their quarterly data from Q3,1998 to Q2,2007. In conclusion,a positive correlation between RMB exchange rate and housing price does exist and it is advisable for China to maintain gradual and slight appreciation of RMB in order to safeguard stability of real estate price. |
