县域农村金融风险问题研究——以九台市为例

随着农村金融改革的不断深入,县域农村金融机构经营状况明显改善。内控管理逐渐加强,资产质量显著提高,经营规模不断扩大,法人治理结构进一步完善,盈利能力和抵御风险能力得到明显提升。但在发展过程中受多方因素的影响,也累积了一些隐性风险。在此背景下,本文以九台市为例,深入分析了县域农村金融风险问题,并在此基础上提出了有效防控县域农村金融风险的对策建议。

Research on County and Rural Financial Risks:A Case Study of Jiutai

With continuously deepening of financial reform in rural areas,county-level rural financial institutions＇ operating conditions have improved significantly.It has made a considerable progress：gradually strengthening of internal control,significantly improved in asset quality,constantly expanding business scale,further improved of the corporate governance structure and the ability of improve profitability and resist risk has gotten a significantly improve.However,in the process of development,some recessive risks have accumulated by the influence of many factors.Some of them have gradually emerged.In this paper we take Jiutai as an example,analyze the financial risk of county＇s rural in demonstration.
