| 摘 要： | 通过收集和整理2001年以来中国高校上市公司改制的所有12家高校上市公司案例,采用多案例文本分析法对高校上市公司改制的特征和动因进行研究和分析,结果发现属于非高科技行业以及借壳上市的高校上市公司所采用的退出方式是全部退出;公司改制动因主要是过多关注没有实业支撑的资本运作和经营管理业绩恶化。因此,高校办企业应准确定位,科学管理。未来对高校上市公司的研究可在深度和广度两个方面展开。

| Abstract: | By collecting and sorting the twelve cases of reconstruction of university- own enterprises after 2001 in China,the method of multiple case studies has been used to study and analyze the characteristics and motivation of the firms.We found out the university -own enterprises which were non high technology or being backdoor listed firms had been reconstructed to non university-own ones completely.The article indicates that the motivation of reconstruction is due to too much attention on the capital operation... |
