大学生思政建设工作的实践性探索

随着我国经济和社会的发展,高校和社会之间的壁垒逐渐打破,大学生面临着婚恋、学业和就业等多重的压力,高校大学生思想政治教育又出现了许多新的问题和困境。本文结合工作中的实际经验,就高校思政教育的问题进行了深入思考,从组织保证、校园文化建设、思政队伍建设、毕业生就业指导等方面,开阔大学生视野,形成科学的世界观、人生观、道德观、价值观,培育他们成为社会有价值的人,以此作为探讨大学生思政建设的一种新尝试。

A Practical Exploration of University Students' Ideological and Political Construction

With economic and social development,the barrier between university and the society has been broken.University students are facing the pressures of marriage and love,academic achievement and employment etc.Many new problems and difficulties appear in college ideological and political education.Based on actual work experiences,this paper put forward the idea of broadening university students＇ field of vision,helping them form scientific world view,life view,moral view,value view,cultivating them into valuable social people from the aspects of organization guarantee,campus culture construction,ideological and political teacher＇ team construction and the instruction of college graduate employment.It is a new attempt in college student ideological and political construction.
