职务舞弊行为的经济学分析

职务舞弊行为的存在是一种全球范围内的普遍现象,有其深刻的社会经济原因。本文以"理性经济人"假设为前提,从经济学的角度分析和说明职务舞弊行为产生的内在根源:既有经济转型过程中人们道德水平与风貌的退化,又有制度缺失与实际经济运行中存在的具体问题。本文提出了预防与控制职务舞弊的基本思路。

The Economic Analysis of Duty Corrupt Conduct

Duties corrupt conduct is a widespread global phenomenon,which have deep roots in the socio-e- conomic reasons.In this paper,"rational economic man"assumed to be the premise,from the point of view of e- conomics,we analyses and explain underlying causes of duties corrupt conduct:There are both degradation of the moral standards and the style of the people during process of economic transformation,and the institutional defien- cy,and the actual economic issues in specific economic process.We proposed the basic ideas to prevent and con- trol the Duties corrupt conduct.
