The impacts of listed state-owned insurance company′s shareholding structure on its business performance

As the demutualization reform of state-owned enterprises,the most important event in insurance industry is China Life and CPIC′s listing at home in 2007.it′s an urgent task to study the impact of ownership structure which is the crucial basis for corporate governance to these state-owned enterprises′ operating performance.This article estabished an entity-and-time fixed regression model with financial data from the first quarter of 2008 to the third quarter of 2010,and the empirical results provided a more reasonable and effective ownership structure for state-owned insurance companies.
