| 摘 要： | 基于市场原则的政策性金融功能观,是在充分发挥商业性金融功能和金融市场机制基础性作用的前提下,以政策性金融的首倡诱导与虹吸扩张性功能为主导,包括基本功能、核心功能和衍生功能不同分类在内的政策性金融特有功能观.并据此探讨了我国政策性银行的定位和改革发展的方向.

| Abstract: | The functional perspective of policy-oriented finance based on the market principle is a particular view. It covers the basic function, core function and derivative function of policy-oriented finance. Under the condition of fully playing the role of commercial finance and the basic role of financial market mechanism, it is also mainly led by the initial induction and enlargement function of policy-oriented finance. On the basis of that functional perspective, the paper probes into the orientation and the direction of reform and development for our policy-oriented banks. |
