| 摘 要： | 我国商业银行的业绩评价侧重于财务指标,对非财务指标没有给予应有的重视.在金融业竞争日益激烈的今天,忽视非财务指标是商业银行业绩评价体系的重要缺陷,不利于银行业绩的提升.本文以平衡计分卡为基础,阐述建立商业银行业绩评价的非财务指标体系的可行性及其应用.
