| 摘 要： | 由于高技术产业的技术排他性特征更明显,加强知识产权保护将引起中国高技术产业密集的省份技术进步速度优于其他省份。基于中国省际数据经验研究表明,知识产权保护在短期内帮助扩大了区域之间的技术差距。
