山西煤炭工业的可持续发展研究

文章指出，煤炭开发和加工转化造成的环境污染、生态破坏等问题已成为山西经济进一步发展的制约因素。过度开采造成了山西煤炭产能过剩、煤炭储量下降；而过分依赖煤炭工业导致山西产业结构单一、出口产品结构不合理。文章认为，使煤炭工业走可持续发展之路，需要改变传统经济发展模式，建立完善的法律体制，更要求企业发展循环经济，调整产业结构。
