建立生态补偿机制促进三江源地区可持续发展

三江源地区是我国的生态要地,其生态质量的好坏直接影响中华民族两大母亲河全流域的资源环境态势和社会经济发展。近年来,三江源地区的生态环境持续恶化,极大地制约着该地区乃至全国经济社会的可持续发展。本文指出建立三江源地区生态补偿机制可以为三江源的生态保护和建设工作提供资金保障和制度激励,促进三江源地区可持续发展,进而提出了建立健全生态补偿机制的一些思考。

Establishing biological compenstation mechanism to push forward Shang Jianyuan district's sustainable development

Sanjiangyuan region is China＇s ecology and to its ecological quality of the Chinese nation have a direct impact on the two Mother River basin-wide trend of the resources,and environmental and socio-e-conomic development.In recent years,the Sanjiangyuan region of the continued deterioration of the ecological environment,greatly restricting the region as well as the sustainable economic and social development.This paper pointed out that the establishment of Sanjiangyuan region＇s ecological compensation mechanism for the Sanjiangyuan the ecological protection and construction work to provide funding and incentive system,the Sanjiangyuan region to promote sustainable development,further proposed the establishment of a sound ecological compensation mechanism of thinking.
