设计了一个工作在18~40 GHz的双极化近场测试系统探头。探头采用四脊喇叭形式 ,为改善脊喇叭交叉极化特性,提出了在两脊馈电间加隔板的形式,使其在较宽的频带内具 有较低的交叉极化。测试结果表明:该探头在18~40 GHz频带内在主辐射方向上交叉极 化低于-40 dB,且方向图具有良好的对称性。该探头具有口面小、交叉极化低、频带宽 、馈电简单的优点,适用于近场测试系统中使用。通过模型设计、加工、实测验证了该方法 的正确性及有效性,此方法可以用于宽频带近场测试系统中。  相似文献

提出了一种小型化高隔离MIMO吸顶天线设计方案。天线由水平极化印刷对数周期天线 环形阵列内嵌于垂直极化单锥天线组成,并通过在单锥天线上正对对数周期天线轴处各开一 个狭缝,实现了吸顶天线的全向辐射性能和双极化工作性能。嵌套结构的引入不仅大大减 小了双极化吸顶天线的结构尺寸,还实现了吸顶天线极化间的高隔离性能。采用HFSS对其进 行仿真和优化,得到该吸顶天线垂直极化工作频率为790~960 MHz/1 700~2 70 0 MHz,水平极化工作频率为2 300~2 700 MHz,同频隔离度优于44.5 dB, 并 且两个极化的增益和全向性均良好。该吸顶天线结构简单,便于加工制作,且成本较低, 具有较高的实用价值。  相似文献

在Yang X等人提出的SRR(Split Ring Resonator)天线结构基础上,在天线贴片上 设计出一个U型槽,通过改变该U型槽缝隙宽度、长度等参数,以不断调整阻带中心频率及带 宽,从而实现了一种具有陷波特性、能够屏蔽无线局域网(WLAN)信号干扰的超宽带天线。 仿真及测试结果 表明,改进前天线的工作频带为3~11 GHz(VSWR<2),无陷波特性;而改进后的天 线在 4.4~5.7 GHz频率范围内具有良好的频带抑制特性,增益值最低可达到-15 dB, 并且在其它工作频段具有良好的辐射性能。  相似文献

针对周期性缺陷地结构(DGS)滤波器面积大的问题,提出一种采用多谐振点滤波的低成本实现方法。首先分析了哑铃型DGS不同位置尺寸的变化对其等效电感参数的影响,然后选取合适的尺寸参数以获得合适的不同共模滤波器谐振频点,最后通过组合滤波拓宽差分信号共模滤波器的阻带范围,并可获得较好的阻带抑制深度。HFSS仿真验证结果表明,该结构的差模信号损耗很小,并且其-20 dB共模阻带范围为4.1~7.3 GHz。与周期性DGS相比,该方法在相同共模噪声抑制深度下具有面积缩小约40%、阻带宽度增加50%等优点。  相似文献

GPS高空气象探测技术比常规雷达探空技术性能更优。由于频段(国际电联规定的400 MHz气象频段)的限制,其信道重用、邻频干扰和其它干扰情况极为严重,令GPS探空系统 通信信道的质量极差。为此,采用RSCC级联编码方式进行信道编码。Matlab仿真结果表明, 在400 MHz载波频率、2 400 bit/s、5 dB信噪比的条件下,传输误码率降低到10 -3,数据接收率能够满足气象探空的要求。最后给出了采用TMS320VC5402的 通信模块硬件实现的编、译码核心部分。  相似文献

实现了基于LT5506下变频器和Cyclone IV FPGA的零中频接收机,采用射频、基 带一体化架构,尺寸仅为8 cm×6 cm×1.5 cm,重量仅为45 g,功耗仅为 800 mW,满足小型化 、低功耗的要求。针对零中频接收机中射频信号检波困难和传统AGC的调节时间受输入信号 幅度影响的缺点,由Cyclone IV完成信号检波,增加对数运算环节并改进环路滤波器的结构 ,配合LT5506中的可变增益放大器仿真并实现固定调节时间的AGC,用8 MHz采样时钟对 1 MHz正弦波进行幅度控制,调节时间恒定为53 μs,不受输入信号幅度影响。  相似文献

设计了一种用于超宽带无线通信系统的小型化天线。该天线贴片尺寸为20 mm×15 mm ×3 mm,采用U形折叠结构和渐变结构相结合,可使天线具有超宽带特性。为 了减小对无线局域网(WLAN)系统5 GHz频带的干扰,天线采取了叉形谐振结构来实现对相应频带的抑制。采用仿真软件分析了该天线阻抗带宽和不同频点处的辐射方向图。仿真和实测结果显示,该天线在25~4.67 GHz和628~12 GHz内S11<-10 dB,在47~6.2 GHz内S11>-10 dB,因而有效产生带阻特性。  相似文献

为了提高频综的频谱纯度,提出了一种新型多级子谐波混频锁相环的设计方法,研制了一款超低相噪频综。介绍了该频综的设计方案,分析了关键技术,仿真和论证了相位噪声和杂散抑制等主要指标,最后对该频综进行了研制和实际测试。测试结果如下:工作频率为4 500~7 600 MHz,频率步进小于1 kHz,相位噪声优于-123 dBc/Hz@25 kHz,频率切换速度小于75 μs,杂散抑制大于70 dB,均满足设计要求,设计方案比较合理可行。采用该方法设计的频综具有小步进、低相噪、换频速度快、低杂散等特点,可用于高性能电子战接收机中,具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

设计了一种高隔离度双频多输入多输出(MIMO)天线,该天线覆盖2.4 GHz和5 GHz无线局域网频带,可以应用于移动物联网之中。天线包含两个相同的辐射单元天线,采用微带馈电的方式进行馈电。单元天线使用单极子天线作为基本辐射器,其包含一根长的和短的单极子天线,分别谐振在低频和高频频段。通过在两个单元天线中间加载T型隔离器提高了单元天线之间的隔离度。天线的辐射振子、馈电以及T型隔离器都印刷在同一块微波板材上,从而方便了天线的制作和加工。仿真结果表明,该天线在1.9~2.8 GHz以及4.7~6.2 GHz频带范围内能实现良好的双频工作特性,天线隔离度近20 dB,可以广泛应用于物联网系统中。  相似文献
