金融中心和金融中心体系识别方法

金融中心和金融中心体系的识别是金融地理学研究的难点,也是金融地理学持续研究的重要内容.传统识别方法采用规模指标、层次指标,或者规模和层次相结合的综合指标.由于自身的局限性加之中国区域发展条件复杂、区域差距大,传统指标在用于中国实践时不能准确揭示金融中心的范围和层次.对不同金融部门跨区域配置资金模式的分析可以定性确认金融中心的范围和层级,是对传统识别方法的补充.     

金融发展与产业结构调整关系的实证研究——以北京为例

在对金融发展与产业结构调整关系进行研究述评及理论和现状分析的基础上,运用北京市1978-2009年的年度数据。利用时间序列分析方法和回归分析方法对二者的关系进行实证分析。结果表明北京金融发展指标与产业结构调整指标相互间存在长期均衡关系,金融发展对第三产业产值的贡献度大于第二产业,对第二产业的贡献度又大于第一产业。为了促进北京金融发展与产业结构调整协调促进,需要继续完善金融体系建设,提高金融风险防范意识与机制建设;积极发展资本市场,着力拓宽融资渠道;倡导“绿色信贷”,优化信贷结构;并且继续调整优化产业结构,促进技术进步,积极转变经济发展方式。     

中国金融泡沫化研究:理论与实证分析

金融自身的泡沫化问题作为引发金融危机的一个重要方面 ,正成为金融体系乃至整个经济体系健康发展的重大威胁。这篇论文以中国金融泡沫化问题为研究对象 ,在剖析金融泡沫化成因的基础上重点对我国金融体系的泡沫化水平进行了实证分析。在分析过程中 ,文章分别从我国银行体系、股票市场和外汇市场选取了 12项经济指标 ,通过采用编制泡沫化指数的方法对 1992～ 2 0 0 1年十年间我国金融泡沫化水平的相对变动进行了量化分析。最后 ,文章还根据实证分析的结果对如何有效的控制我国金融体系的泡沫化水平提出了政策建议     

Financial openness and financial development: an analysis using indices

This paper examines the link between financial openness and financial development through panel data analysis on advanced and emerging market countries. Using indices, financial openness together with institutional and educational variables explains a large part of the variation in financial development across countries and over time. Our analysis demonstrates that different indexing strategies serve to find better measures for financial openness and financial development in comparison with the individual indicators used in the literature. Our principal-component-type financial openness index conveys a positive effect on financial development independent from the lag structure or specifications used.

在分析财政支持与金融支持在新农村建设中配合运用的必要性的基础上,认为财政支持是新农村建设的保障,金融支持是新农村建设的基础,通过两者的有效配合才能更好地实现社会主义新农村建设的伟大目标。在此基础上分析了财政支持与金融支持在新农村建设中配合运用的几种具体方式,主要包括：财政在为新农村建设提供公共产品时应利用金融的方式和手段,发挥财政支持对农村金融发展的引导作用,财政支持与金融支持相配合来共同满足新农村建设的资金需求,农业政策性金融是财政支持与金融支持相结合的产物。     

基于可持续增长率的杜邦分析体系的研究

在经济全球化大环境下，企业具有更加多样化的会计信息，也就更需要能全面反映企业业绩的财务分析体系。多年来传统杜邦分析法虽因能系统、全面、直观地反映企业财务状况，提高对财务报表的分析效率，提升经营管理能力而得到企业的广泛应用，但它本身存在着诸多缺陷。针对其局限性，本文引入可持续增长率来改进传统的杜邦分析体系以更加符合现代企业的要求。

Financial functional analysis: a conceptual framework for understanding the changing financial system

The financial system is currently undergoing a revolution brought about by e-finance, digital convergence, new market entrants and government-encouraged competition. New market entrants such as Apple, Alibaba, Facebook and Google come from industries such as IT, retail, social media and telecoms, and, therefore, do not fit comfortably within traditional financial institutional structures. A functional perspective might provide more practical insights into this revolution; however, the functional perspective has had a limited impact. This paper will investigate the benefits and limitations of financial functional analysis; probe the underpinning principles of sociology’s structural functional analysis; revisit Merton and Bodie’s (1995) six core financial functions in relation to new entrants in the financial landscape; and, finally, argue that in the new financial environment, functional analysis provides a more coherent and explanatory framework of the financial system for students and practitioners alike.

以湖南省14个市州内35家跨区域农村合作金融机构为对象,在分析湖南省跨区域农村合作金融机构发展现状及存在制约因素基础上指出,跨区域农村合作金融机构并购重组是促进农村合作金融机构发展的有效途径.并进一步地从理论上比较分析了农村合作金融机构采用不同并购重组方式所产生的效率,且从实践上探讨了湖南省跨区域农村合作金融机构并购重组的路径,进而为优化湖南省跨区域金融机构并购重组提供了相应的政策建议.

The role of financial frictions during the crisis: An estimated DSGE model

After the recent banking crisis in 2008, financial market conditions have turned out to be a relevant factor for economic fluctuations. This paper provides a quantitative assessment of the impact of financial frictions on the U.S. business cycle. The analysis compares the original Smets and Wouters model (2003, 2007) with an alternative version augmented with the financial accelerator mechanism á la Bernanke, Gertler and Gilchrist (1996, 1999). Both versions are estimated using Bayesian techniques over a sample extended to 2012. The analysis supports the role of financial channels, namely the financial accelerator mechanism, in transmitting dysfunctions from financial markets to the real economy.The Smets and Wouters model, augmented with the financial accelerator mechanism, is suitable to capture much of the historical developments in U.S. financial markets that led to the financial crisis. The model can account for the output contraction in 2008, as well as the widening in corporate spreads, and supports the argument that financial conditions have amplified the U.S. business cycle and the intensity of the recession.     

日本农村金融制度及对我国的启示

日本农村金融制度主要由合作金融、政策性金融及一般商业金融构成，其在运行中具有“需求追随型”的农村金融发展战略、“政府主导型”的农村金融制度供给、合作性金融与政策性金融有效结合、完善的风险防范制度等特有的制度优势。我国农村金融制度应借鉴日本农村金融制度，全面完善农村金融组织体系和扩大服务范围，加快农村合作金融制度的改革进程，合理发挥政府在金融制度创新中的支持作用。     

Financial inclusion of Muslim minority in Vellore,Tamil Nadu

The study aims to identify the potential determinants of financial inclusion and its impact on the Indian Muslim minority in Tamil Nadu. statistical package for social science and analysis of moment structures software packages were used in the study. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling techniques were applied to examine the collected data (n = 300) from the Vellore district from April 2022 to March 2023. The study reveals that financial awareness, access and quality positively and significantly impact financial inclusion. However, the financial usage dimension is statistically insignificant. Additionally, the results from the moderation effect reveal that financial access and quality, along with age and annual income, significantly influence financial inclusion. In conclusion, the study contributes new dimensions to the existing literature by exploring the financial inclusion of Muslims and suggests implications and future scope for further research.     

金融结构与碳排放无关吗——基于金融供给侧结构性改革的视角

金融发展与碳排放的关系近年来受到较多关注,但大多数文献只是从量的角度考察金融对碳排放的影响,忽略金融结构影响碳排放问题。本文利用1990—2014年88个经济体的数据,采用系统GMM进行实证分析,以探究金融结构与碳排放的关系。研究表明,金融结构通过影响创新而发挥减排作用,偏市场的金融结构有利于增强创新减排机制,从而显著地降低碳排放强度。这是金融规模或发展水平基本相同的经济体具有不同金融减排绩效的一个重要原因。这一研究发现可以为金融供给侧结构性改革提供一个重要的政策目标维度。

在主流的金融发展框架中,认为明晰的产权安排与良好的法律制度是金融发展的关键本文通过对中国金融发展机制的分析,提出了一个关于"中国金融发展之谜"的命题,并进行了解读,同时以此来分析中国金融进一步发展的路径选择.     

公司治理结构如何影响财务舞弊行为的实证研究

财务舞弊行为的产生有诸多原因,内部动因和外部诱因都有可能产生财务舞弊,就内部动因来说公司的治理结构显然起到了不容小觑的驱动作用,对于公司治理结构如何影响财务舞弊行为的研究是一个重要的课题。选取2009—2010年因财务舞弊而受到证监会、上交所和深交所行政处罚、通报批评和公开谴责的上市公司为样本,实证分析公司治理指标对财务舞弊的影响。分析结论是：加强对上市公司财务舞弊行为的监管和治理工作的重点应放在股权机构的合理化和提高董事会、监事会监督效率等方面。     

金融监管效率的基石:激励相容的监管机制

本文通过金融监管过程中的博弈分析,揭示了当前的金融监管制度安排在信息不对称条件下导致的监管当局提供有效监管激励的缺失及金融机构普遍的道德风险是造成金融监管失灵的主要原因.因而解决金融监管低效率或失灵问题的关键,在于通过金融市场透明度建设、监管制度安排的合理设计及金融机构治理结构的完善,实现社会公众、监管当局、金融机构之间的激励相容.     

财务困境对CEO薪酬影响的实证分析——基于中国信息行业上市公司的研究

以资产负债率作为财务困境的替代变量,考察了中国信息行业上市公司财务困境与CEO薪酬变动之间的关系。研究表明,陷入财务困境的公司比未陷入财务困境的公司更易影响CEO薪酬变动。为此,探讨了陷入财务困境企业的CEO薪酬激励制度。     

Heuristic modeling and technological impact analysis

This article examines the ways in which a financial simulation can be used to estimate the impact of an organization's technological environment on the financial, marketing, and logistical activities of the organization. A method is presented for using corporate financial models to perform technological impact analysis and a new technique introduced—heuristic modeling—that can facilitate such an analysis.
