企业财务评价指标的分析及应用

企业的财务评价是从分析企业的财务风险入手，评价企业面临的资金风险、经营风险、市场风险、投资风险等因素，从而对企业风险进行信号监测、评价，根据其形成原因及过程．制定相应切实可行的长短风险控制策略，降低甚至解除风险，使企业健康永恒发展。利用财务杠杆作用筹集资金进行负债经营是企业发展途径。企业财务评价内容应包含企业的资金风险、经营风险、市场风险等主要内容，包括：     

环境健康风险评价研究进展

本文针对环境健康风险评价的危害识别、暴露评价、剂量=反应评估、风险表征四大技术方法的研究进展进行了总结分析,更好的熟悉了环境健康风险评价。     

城市搬迁场地重金属污染健康风险评估

采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法与火焰-原子荧光光谱法的联用,对经过硝酸-双氧水-氢氟酸消解后的重庆市某钢管厂搬迁场地土样中的重金属元素进行含量分析.测定了其中Zn,Pb,Cu,Ni,Cr,Cd的含量.结果表明:1、3号点表层土样中Zn和Cu的含量超过<展览会用地土壤环境质量评价标准>,建议采取适当的治理措施后再进行土地开发.2、土壤中重金属的含量自上而下呈现递减的趋势.并根据场地未来的用途,危害人群和危害途径,采用致癌风险评价法与非致癌风险评价法相结合对场地的污染进行了健康风险评价.     

企业财务风险评价体系研究

财务风险作为企业应当防范的重要风险,需要加以重点关注。财务风险评价体系是企业防范和规避财务风险的重要手段。试图对财务风险评价体系进行研究,帮助企业提升防范财务风险的能力,从而促进企业健康发展。     

中国企业境外投资风险的评价研究——以江浙沪企业为例

该文运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法(F-AHP),基于江浙沪境外投资企业的调研数据,对中国企业境外投资风险进行系统评价,并提出中国企业境外投资风险应对策略,建议构建国家层面的境外投资风险预警机制,加强对境外投资风险的监测与预警,提升企业防范国际风险能力。     

中国信托公司风险运营效率评价体系及实证研究——来自信托业68家机构的经验证据

信托业是中国金融体系的重要组成部分,一旦信托业发生系统性风险,将严重威胁到我国金融体系的安全性问题。对此,应当尽快建立信托业风险运营效率评价体系,以此来提升对信托业风险运营效率的监测功能。文章分析了中国信托公司风险运营质量现状,在此基础上,设计了中国信托公司风险运营效率评价指标体系,并选取来自中国信托业68家机构2013年度运营数据,运用因子分析法对中国信托公司风险运营效率评价进行了实证分析。研究发现,偿债与资产经营能力,信托业务盈利能力与风险控制能力是中国信托公司风险运营效率评价的主要影响因子,以此为依据给出了中国信托公司风险运营效率的综合评价结果及政策建议。     

境外直接投资风险识别及其模糊综合评价

本文在对境外直接投资风险进行识别和定性分析的基础上,建立了境外直接投资风险的多层次模糊综合评价模型,并进行了案例分析。分析结果表明,多层次模糊综合评价模型可以对境外直接投资风险进行公正客观的评价。但是在对境外直接投资风险进行模糊综合评价时,要将静态评价与动态评价有机结合起来,并根据实际情况对风险评价体系作出相应的调整。     

谈天然气管道及站场本质安全监测与评价技术

天然气管道输送是最经济,最安全的运输方式。管道运输天然气已经成为众多居民追求的目标。而天然气站场的本质安全对于天然气的运输也起着重要作用。如何监测与评价与监测天然气管道及站场本质的安全问题已成为当务之急。本文以燃气管道及其站场本质的风险评价的发展趋势为基点,针对新的天然气管道及其站场的竣工验收,可靠性分析及风险评价及后期管理采用一定的分析方法进行论述。并分析了当前我国城市燃气管道和站场的特性和风险评价技术,保证建设工程项目安全设施与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投入生产和使用,保证天然气管道和站场工程安全平稳运行。     

IT驱动下商业模式创新风险评价方法——以Online to Offline模式为例

构建了商业模式创新风险要素指标体系,利用二元语义方法对不同风险维度的商业模式创新风险要素进行评价。通过处理和集结专家对商业模式创新风险给出的语言评价信息,对企业的商业模式创新风险进行排序和归类。最后通过实例说明了该评价方法的可行性和实用性。     

城市绿地土壤质量研究进展

Research on the relationship between stand productivity and site condition of Larix kaempferi

In this research, five plots are Selected based on stand storage and productivity of planted forest of Larix kaempferi （Japanese larch） as well as their relationship with factors suCh as forest age, site condition and stand density. Through standard plot investigation and method of trunk analysis, systematic research is conducted on storage and productivity of the planted forest and their relationship with site condition. As shown in the research, productivity of planted forest of Larix kaempferi in low latitude area is higher than that in high latitude area while stand productivity is higher in slight acid soil. Contents of potassium element in the soil have Considerable influence on productivity of the Larix kaempferi forest.

Residential grid storage technology battles: a multi-criteria analysis using BWM

This article focuses on the battle for dominance between various battery technologies in the residential grid storage market (< 10?KWh) in the context of residential energy systems and the related home energy management systems. We focus on five major battery technologies that are available in the market (lithium-based batteries, lead-based batteries, flow batteries, nickel-based batteries, and sodium-based batteries). Based on a literature review and expert interviews, we study the factors for technology success in the residential grid storage market. By applying the best worst method (BWM), we assign the relative importance to the factors and predict which technology will have the highest chance of achieving success. We compare this to the technology that now has the highest market share and conclude that BWM is a useful method to indicate technology dominance in this market.     

废电池回收利用研究

废电池随意丢弃可造成对环境的污染和人体健康的危害以及资源的浪费,因此,应回收利用。但我国作为电池最大生产和消费国,回收利用率很低,且回收上来的也无法处理,存在诸多矛盾和问题。国外的经验值得我国借鉴。在此基础上,文中提出了提高认识,建立健全的废电池全回收利用网络和管理体系以及政策法规等对策与建议。     

Social Risk in Health Insurance: A Reflection on the Economies of Scale and Scope in Health Insurance

Social risk causes distortion in the health insurance market. In the presence of social risk, health insurance must be inflated with a safety loading. This implies that policyholder will choose incomplete risk transformation and that health insurers have to build up large capital reserves. By using cross-diversification and enlarging the insurance pool with other kinds of risk (utilising economies of scope in addition to scale production), the problem of social risk will reduce. It is shown how this is possible by using the capital market as a diversification pool     

The impact of return migration on the mental health of children

Utilising the latest large-sample data from a survey conducted in 2015 in China, we empirically estimated the impact of return migration on the mental health of children. Our results show that the experience of return migration has a significant negative impact on children’s mental health as measured by depression risk, self-esteem and resilience.     

顶坛花椒产业的生态经济模式分析

顶坛花椒是具有地域特色的优良花椒品种,适生于喀斯特干热河谷,具有喜钙、耐旱、周年萌梢、有效成分含量高等特点,是北盘江狭谷典型石漠化山地进行生态治理的主要经济树种。通过营建以花椒为主的经济林,使当地的土壤侵蚀模数减少47%～54%,森林覆盖率提高4%～7%,林地贮水量比农地增加3.19%～7.36%,水土流失防治率达94%,土地石漠化治理率达92%,生态环境得到持续改善。这种选择原生植物资源进行开发利用,并发展成优势产业以治理生态的生态经济模式值得借鉴和推广。     

信息一致性对消费者态度的影响——基于营养标签信息的实证研究

全文选取营养成分表作为基本研究对象,得出高感知风险因素能够比低感知风险因素引起更大的受众态度变化范围;对于产品包装上营养成分表和营养声称、营养成分功能声称不一致的情形,具有较高感知风险因素的信息不一致将引起更大的受众态度变化。     

Adverse Selection and the Decline in Private Health Insurance Coverage in Australia: 1989–95

The decline in private health insurance coverage over the period 1989–95 is analysed using the ABS National Health Surveys. Individuals' health status and health risk behaviours are found to be significant determinants of their decision to purchase private health insurance. At a point in time, the pool of the insured is very heterogeneous, with a mix of both good and bad health risks. It is found that the decline in insurance coverage over the period 1989–95 coincided with an increase in the degree of 'adverse selection' within the insured population.
