近年来,"风险承担渠道"作为货币政策传导的一条新渠道,逐渐引起学界和业界的广泛关注。2008年爆发了全球性金融危机,反思其成因,"过低的利率"被一些学者认为是重要的诱因之一。长时期过于宽松的货币政策将引起投资者风险偏好的上升,导致金融不平衡的累积。风险承担渠道的研究表明,追求物价稳定的宽松货币政策对金融稳定产生了负面的影响。物价稳定与金融稳定双重目标的有效实现,需要货币政策与宏观审慎政策的协调配合。  相似文献

External and internal influences on channel outcomes are examined. Research hypotheses are presented on main and interaction effects of supplier relative market position and internal influence measures with respect to buyer perceptions of channel outcomes. Data from dealers (N=324) in the office systems and furniture industry were used to test the proposed relationships. Among the findings is that the effects of power generated from conditions outside the channel dyad and the use of coercive influence strategies account for a significant share of the variance in dealers’ perceptions of control. Implications and suggestions for future research are provided. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Alabama. Her research interests include buyer-seller relationships and channel strategy. She has published in theJournal of Marketing, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, Marketing Letters, and other journals. Franchise systems and shopping centres have each become dominant forces in modern retailing. While the former has received considerable attention in the academic literature, very little research has been directed to shopping centres. This paper examines selected behavioral concepts found in each type of system as perceived by parallel sample of Canadian shopping centre tenants and franchisees. While no major differences were detected concerning the extent of conflict between the two settings, the power bases employed by shopping centre managers were found to be quite different than those employed by franchisors.  相似文献

Previous conceptualizations of attitudinal commitment are extended by considering two very different components of a manufacturer's attachment to an independent channel intermediary. Relying on commitment theory, a model is developed that describes how attitudinal commitment may reside in either the instrumental or the social strain of a manufacturer's relationship with its distributor. For each strain, the developmental role played by key facets of the channel setting—relative dependence, pledges, and trust—are shown. Furthermore, the nature of the attachment bond is posited to motivate very different governance mechanisms as the distribution agreement is enforced by either social or contractual means. Empirical support for the model demonstrates that an expanded view of attitudinal commitment is important in understanding the complex nature of attachment in channel relationships. David I. He has published articles on governance and control of domestic and international channel relationships in the Journal of Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, and other journals. Daniel C. The interest of practitioners and academics in channel relationship management has shifted from corporate channel structures and relationships in conventional channels governed by use of power to relationships between independent firms involving contractual and normative control mechanisms. In this article, we identify several factors leading to this change of interest, propose a scheme for classifying channel relationship research based on control mechanisms, and suggest areas for future research involving the use of contractual and normative control mechanisms in conventional channel relationships. He is the former editor of theJournal of Marketing Research, an academic trustee of the Marketing Science Institute, and a member of the Direct Selling Education Foundation Board of Directors. His research on channel and sales management issues and personal selling effectiveness has been published in theJournal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Consumer Research, Marketing Science, andAdministrative Science Quarterly. He is the co-author of three textbooks,Retailing Management, Essentials of Retailing, andPersonal Selling: Building Partnerships. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Florida. 公民政策参与公共政策过程不仅能够为行政机关建构新的合法性来源,也可以为行政权力的理性化行使配置新的制约力量。这是公民政策参与受到世界各国普遍重视的原因所在。但是,基于不同的体制和制度安排,公民参与的效果又存在着较大的差异。我国公民政策参与表面轰轰烈烈、实际效果不彰的原因在于缺乏合适的权力体制的配合。因此,赋予公民以实体性的参与权,同时对国家权力的分配格局做出一定程度的调整,是摆脱公民参与困境的一个可能出路。  相似文献

This study investigates the satisfaction-sources of power model of channel member behavior within an industrial channel of distribution. Specifically, the study sought to explain the controversy and inconsistencies found in previous empirical tests of the satisfaction-sources of power model. The results support previous findings that channel member satisfaction is directly related to noncoercive sources of power, and inversely related to coercive sources of power. For the first time franchisors are told what sources of power to manage to increase franchisee satisfaction. And finally, no support was found for French and Raven's classificational scheme for sources of power.  相似文献

Control within a channel can be effected by either wholly- or quasi-integrating the system. The degree of control exercised can range from a maximum to a minimum level, with each extreme along the continuum offering a unique set of relative advantages. It is contended that the level of control practiced should be determined by an examination of the environmental factors that prevail in a given situation. For the most part, wholly-integrated systems have emerged to satisfy those environments which call for maximum control. However, there appear to be numerous opportunities for more aggressive application of quasi-integration. The overall success of a channel, in terms of profit and/or stability it can return to its members, may very well depend on a process of (integrated) coordinated action. (Stern, 1965)  相似文献

Ethnodomination refers to the predominance of a particular ethnic group in a channel of distribution. While ethnodomination has been virtually ignored in the marketing literature, it is a fact of life in many third world marketing systems. Overseas Chinese dominate the trade of rice and pineapples in the Philippines, Hindu Sikhs dominate the trade of cloth in Afghanistan, the Otavalo Indians dominate the trade of handwoven textiles in Ecuador, and so on. International marketers need to be aware of ethnodomination for several reasons. First, ethnic marketers can offer costeffective communication and distribution skills for use in cooperative marketing programs. In return, international marketers can ofter them access to marketing management information systems and alternative sources of finance. Also, ethnic marketers are often subject to political and legal harassment which may make them more risky partners. Finally, they may have cultural practices that are quite different from the cultural practices of the rest of their host country.  相似文献

针对渠道权力理论研究限于"二元"分析范式的不足,以交换网络理论与资源依赖理论等为基础,初步考察了由三个渠道成员构成的三元网络中权力结构的决定因素。研究发现,二元关系之间相互影响的网络效应,对网络中的权力结构产生了较大的影响;在三元环式网络中去,网络结构的闭合不仅会导致权力在网络中的重新分配,还会导致网络中渠道成员角色与功能的变化。要想更全面、深刻地理解渠道系统中的权力结构,必须将二元关系还原到其嵌入其中的渠道网络中,考察网络结构的影响。  相似文献

During the past three decades, tremendous strides have been made in our understanding of how firms should organize and manage their channels of distribution. Still, we have barely touched the surface of all the managerial issues that need to be addressed. A variety of research needs still exist regarding constructs and issues examined in prior channels research. Furthermore, many issues of managerial importance relating to the organization and management of channels of distribution have received no attention in empirical research. The purpose of this article is to provide a perspective on how channels research should proceed in the future to promote the most progress. It is hoped that the article will help to shape the future direction of marketing thought with regard to channels of distribution and its fundamental domain. Gary L. Frazier, Ph.D., holds an endowed chair appointment as the Richard and Jarda Hurd Professor of Distribution Management in the Marshall School of Business Administration at the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles. His research interests have focused on the structuring and management of channels of distribution around the world. He is especially interested in how channel relationships can be efficiently and effectively coordinated to create value for the channel’s customers. He has conducted research studies on channels of distribution in Europe and India, as well as in the United States. He has edited 10 books and proceedings, and has published more than 40 research article, including 15 in theJournal of Marketing and theJournal of Marketing Research. He heads the Program in Distribution Management at USC, supported by distributors with more than $10 billion in annual sales. He has won several awards for his teaching. This study explores how innovations surrounding supply chain communication systems (SCCS) affect channel relationships and market performance. Drawing on the resource-based view of the firm, the study hypothesizes that certain SCCS innovations can be viewed as firm resources that enhance channel capabilities, which in turn affect a firm’s market performance. The empirical research is based on 184 responses from a survey with U.S. supply chain and logistics managers using structural equation modeling as the analytic method. The results suggest that the effect of applied technological SCCS innovations on channel capabilities is mediated by interfirm systems integration. In contrast, administrative SCCS innovations enhance information exchange and coordination activities directly. Furthermore, the influence of applied technological innovations for SCCS is not strong enough to affect either responsiveness of the partnership or firm performance, whereas administrative innovations for SCCS affect both. This paper empirically assesses the extent to which power in a marketing channel dyad is issue-specific or pervasive. Additionally, the paper investigates the extent to which specific power sources effect single or multiple areas of power. The dyad studied is the wholesaler-food broker interface in the marketing channel for grocery products. Results indicate that power is limited in scope, being more issue-specific than pervasive. Additionally, some specific sources of power were found to create power in multiple areas, while others created power in but one area.  相似文献
