TDRSS用户应答机双工器的研制

本文介绍ＴＤＲＳＳ用户应答机毫米波前端双工器的研制。双工器采用波导Ｅ面金属膜片滤波器和波导Ｅ面Ｔ形接头的结构形式。对设计中方案选择，结合数值技术和电路ＣＡＤ技术的设计方法，及设计所采用的电路模型作了详细介绍。最后给出了双工器的测试数据。所采用的设计方法可用于直至３ｍｍ频段的双工器和多工器的设计中。     

一种Ku频段机载同轴双工器设计

为实现Ku频段双工器的小型化,以便适于对体积和重量有严格要求的机载环境使用, 提出了一种Ku频段机载同轴双工器设计方法。该方法使用两个同轴带通滤波器构成双工器实 现小体积,采用等效电路对带通滤波器进行设计,采用群时延拟合法利用仿真软件对T型接 头尺寸进行优化设计,并给出了详细设计过程。实物测试结果表明,所设计的Ku频段同轴双 工器体积仅为70 mm×29 mm×12 mm,插损小于0.9 dB,隔离大于80 dB  ,已在多个工程中得以应用。     

我国自主研发的数字移动通信介质双工器投产

由浙江正原电气股份有限公司自主研发的数字移动通信微波介质双工器系列片式器件 ,近日在浙江通过专家鉴定并批量投产。浙江正原公司成为国内首家能批量生产数字移动通信介质双工器系列产品的企业。已生产的 2 4种“数字移动通信微波介质双工器”产品性能指标均达到国外同类产品水平。浙江正原电气股份有限公司自主研发成功的 2 .4ＧＨｚ微波介质双工器月产量已达1 80万只 ,产品种类已达 2 4种 ,拥有 80 0ＭＨｚ、90 0ＭＨｚ系列 ;1 .6ＧＨｚ、1 .8ＧＨｚ系列和 2 .4ＧＨｚ系列 ,初步形成了较完整的系列。其中 2 .4ＧＨｚ系列产品自主研发 ,…     

C频段介质稳频振荡器的设计

分析了C频段介质稳频振荡器的设计和实现过程,讨论了影响介质振荡器性能的因素,采取改善相位噪声的方法,得出了较为满意的测试结果.通过建立物理等效模型,从理论上推导了变容管调谐介质振荡器的最佳耦合微带长度.采用计算机辅助设计,得到了较好的结果.     

异构蜂窝网络中用户关联与基站功率的协同优化

为实现异构蜂窝网络中宏基站和小基站之间的负载均衡,提出了一种基于效用函数最大化模型的用户关联机制和基站功率控制的协同优化方案。通过迭代算法求解该协同优化问题,首先在基站功率固定的情况下求得最佳用户关联策略,然后在所得的用户关联策略基础上通过Zoutendijk可行方向法求得基站最佳功率。通过协同优化获得的用户关联策略和基站功率控制实现了基站之间的负载均衡,通过降低宏基站功率和关闭闲置小基站降低了基站的能耗。仿真实验表明,所提方案和不实施功率控制的用户关联策略相比,实现了宏基站与小基站之间的负载均衡,降低了宏基站对小基站用户的干扰,提升了小基站用户的信号干扰噪声比,用户速率中位值提高了20%。     

毫米波多模单脉冲喇叭馈源的分析与设计

对多模单脉冲喇叭馈源的理论和设计方法进行了研究。针对高次模的模比计算和控制难点，提供了一种准确的分析理论，给出了高次模的产生规律和模比的计算方法。在此基础上分析设计了一个毫米波多模单脉冲喇叭馈源并加工了实物，其实测结果表明，该馈源具有带宽宽（>5%）、驻波比小（<1.2）、和差矛盾小（<1.5 dB）、方位和俯仰面方向图对称性好的特点，与理论分析结果、仿真设计结果非常吻合，达到了预期的设计效果。     

移动通信基站天线的关键技术研究进展

基站天线作为移动通信系统中的重要部件，对通信质量起至关重要的作用，其关键技术被广泛研究。通过对基站天线的电调技术、极化技术、宽带技术、阵列天线多频技术和基站天线小型化技术等的研究发展历程介绍，分析了这些关键技术在工程上的实现方法与措施，总结了这5个关键技术今后的研究重点和发展方向。在基站天线下一步的发展中，需要将多个关键技术完美地结合在一起，阵列天线多频技术和基站天线小型化技术将成为今后的研究热点。     

C波段高功率微带铁氧体收一发双工器的研究

本文主要叙述了C波段微带铁氧体双工器的特点,分析了微带铁氧体环行器在高峰值功率作用下的损耗机理与设计方法。已研制的微带双工器,成功地应用于航天电子设备。     

多层介质频率选择表面的等效电路分析方法

基于数值仿真计算和微波网络理论，提出了一种多层介质中频率选择表面（FSS）等效电路的分析方法。该方法物理过程直观，计算量小，适用于二维任意形状FSS等效电路的精确求解。以方形贴片型FSS为例验证了等效电路模型的准确性，并分析了多层介质对其等效电路参数的影响规律。最后，基于滤波器理论与FSS等效电路模型设计了双层带通型FSS，计算结果表明全波仿真结果与理论计算结果基本一致，为多层FSS的综合设计提供了一种精确设计方法。
