中原经济区城市内在经济联系分析

基于城市流强度模型和城市间相互作用强度模型,以中原经济区29个城市为研究区域,对中原经济区的城市内在经济联系进行了分析。结果表明：①中原经济区整体的集聚和辐射能力较弱,经济发展尚处在初期阶段,郑州、洛阳的核心带动作用不够突出;②经济区城市内部产业部门分配上差距较大,城市内部产业间,城市间经济发展不平衡;③中低级城市数量较多,具有较大的发展潜力;④中原经济区内城市总体经济实力和城市综合服务能力之间尚不协调;⑤中原经济区内城市间经济联系不够紧密,以郑州为中心,呈中心外围的空间结构,省际城市之间联系贫乏。据此,提出了优化中原经济区城市经济联系的对策,服务于中原经济区的发展。

谈构建中原经济区东部战略支撑

随着中原经济区的建设,河南省经济和社会发展将步入大规划、大战略、大效率、大成就的时代。中原经济区是纲,是长期的、全局的。河南省应该围绕中原经济区发展思路和战略规划调整工作部署,紧紧抓住中原经济区这条主线,开展各项规划和建设。而《全国主体功能区规划》已将中原经济区纳入国家层面的重点开发区域,这是国家第一次将中原经济区写入国家文件,标志着中原经济区建设已正式上升到国家战略层面。而河南省商丘市在中原经济区建设和发展中更要致力于打造政策高地、体制高地,形成新的发展优势,为进一步深化改革开放提供新途径。

产业结构变迁对海洋经济发展的影响——基于沿海11省市的实证分析

本文以我国沿海 11个省市为研究对象,将其划分为北部、中部以及南部海洋经济圈,在测度其产业结构合理化与产业结构高度化的基础上,研究不同地区间产业结 构合理化以及产业结构高度化对于海洋经济发展的影响。结果表明, 1999-2017年间,三 个经济圈的产业结构合理化与产业结构高度化都在逐步提升。产业结构合理化与产业结构高度化均对海洋经济发展产生显著的正向作用。进一步的分析发现,产业结构高度 化对于海洋经济增长的偏效应远高于产业结构合理化对于经济增长的偏效应。

中原经济区司法协调机制建立的必要性

通过对中原经济区5个省份司法活动的调查分析,发现中原经济区内的司法合作和司法配合的状况不是很理想,中原经济区司法协调机制十分有建立的必要性。首先,统一的司法制度无法满足中原经济区发展要求。其次,建立区域司法机关不具有现实性。再次,建立司法协调机制是中原经济区的必然选择。最后,建立中原经济区司法协调机制是借鉴发达国家发展经验的必然结果。     

Minimally acceptable altruism and the ultimatum game

I suppose that people react with anger when others show themselves not to be minimally altruistic. With heterogeneous agents, this can account for the experimental results of ultimatum and dictator games. Moreover, it can account for the surprisingly large fraction of individuals who offer an even split with parameter values that are more plausible than those that are required to explain outcomes in these experiments with the models of Levine [Levine, D.K., 1998. A re-examination of the technological catching-up hypothesis across OECD industries

This study re-examines the catching-up hypothesis at the industry level across the main OECD countries, using panel data econometric models involving technological gap indicators calculated with a nonparametric distance function suggested by Färe et al. [Färe, R.S., Grosskopf, M.N., Norris, M., Xhang, Z., 1994. Productivity growth, technical progress, and efficiency change in industrialized countries. American Economic Review 84, 66–83]. The results show that there is statistical evidence of a catching-up process at the industry level. Moreover, both tradables and nontradables sectors exhibit catching-up effects and technology adoption from abroad. This result complements the findings by Bernard and Jones [Bernard, A.B., Jones, C.I., 1996a. Comparing apples to oranges: productivity convergence and measurement across industries and countries. Moreover, social capability indicators evaluated for each country show that “Non-European” and “Central European” tradables sectors have a rather similar degree of inefficiency while “North European” countries are less efficient for both tradables and non-tradables. Lastly, both the cross country and the cross sectors dispersions of inefficiency levels are smaller for tradables sectors than for non-tradables.

中原经济区经济发展水平综合评价及时空格局演变

通过构建区域发展水平评价指标体系,引入熵权TOPSIS法对中原经济区2000、2005和2009年各地经济发展水平评价与比较;进而采用马尔可夫链和ESDA法对中原经济区经济发展水平空间格局及演变特征进行探讨。研究表明：中原经济区经济发展水平存在显著的“俱乐部趋同”现象,区域差异不断拉大,两极分化趋势增强;经济发展水平呈现出较为显著的空间自相关,发展水平相似的地区呈集聚分布;从热点区分布看中原经济区区域差异主要表现为东西差异,从热点区演变看中原经济区尚未形成稳定的空间发展格局;给力培育地区经济增长极和主导发展轴、优化空间开发格局,深化区域分工与合作,着力提升对外开放水平是实现中原经济区协调发展的有效途径。     

中原经济区县域经济空间相关性分析

中原经济区县域经济的空间聚集效应明显,总体上是一个中心-外围圈层结构状态.县域单位的经济增长只能溢出到4个最近邻接县域单位,市域经济增长的溢出效应并不显著,县域的溢出效应仅限于地级市内.     

Tax Competition and Economic Integration

This article examines the role of tax competition and economic integration in a core–periphery setting, where agglomeration forces are present. I present a New Economic Geography model, which accounts for firm entry/exit and international mobility of skilled labor employed in the public R&D sectors. In contrast to other literature on tax competition, I focus on its impact on labor migration and net earnings of skilled and unskilled labor. Economic integration is modeled as trade liberalization, an easing of factor mobility restrictions and technology diffusion. I find that tax competition favors skilled labor when trade costs are reduced. In contrast, unskilled labor benefits when factor mobility restrictions are eased and technology diffusion is enhanced.
