宽带直扩信号的随机解调压缩采样方法

为了有效解决扩频测控通信系统宽带化带来的高速采样压力和高数据率问题,提出了基于压缩感知的直扩信号随机解调压缩采样方法。通过对模拟信号压缩采样原理进行研究,深入分析和推导随机解调采样原理及其数学模型,提出了基于压缩感知的直扩信号采集系统构架,并对压缩比取值影响因素进行了分析;给出了随机解调压缩采样系统硬件实现方案,并对其可行性进行了分析;最后对所提出的直扩信号压缩采样方法的性能进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,压缩采样系统可以实现直扩信号的压缩采样处理,并能够高精度重构原信号,但重构信号的解调门限会随压缩比增大而相应提高,这是采样率降低所需付出的代价。压缩采样为宽带直扩测控通信系统提供了一种高效的模数转换和同步解调处理思路。     

一种针对压缩域信号的新型锁相环技术

针对通信信号压缩采样获得的压缩域信号频率、相位提取问题,提出了一种基于压缩感知的新型锁相环技术。通过深入研究压缩域的信号估计问题,提出了压缩域锁相环路,可以直接在压缩域同步跟踪信号频率和相位变化,不再需要高复杂度的信号重构处理。分析了环路模型及其估计性能,并针对该锁相环可行性和性能分别进行了仿真实验。仿真结果不仅验证了压缩域锁相环的可行性,同时表明该环路能够实现高动态信号的高精度频率提取。压缩域锁相环的应用潜力较大,例如可以作为压缩感知通信接收机的同步解调方法。     

压缩域直扩测控通信信号载波同步技术

为解决压缩感知理论在直扩测控通信应用过程中面临的压缩域信号载波同步问题,针对重构算法复杂度偏高、计算资源消耗过大与系统实时性要求之间的矛盾,提出了一种改进的压缩域Costas环技术,该环路不再需要进行信号重构,可以直接从压缩域信号中提取频率和相位信息。首先通过压缩域信号估计理论分析,给出了压缩域直扩测控通信信号处理框架,并提出了改进的压缩域Costas环路;然后对环路模型及其跟踪精度进行了理论分析;最后通过计算机仿真验证了该环路技术有效性。理论分析和仿真实验表明环路能够在压缩域中实现高动态信号的高精度载波跟踪和解调处理。压缩域Costas环技术可应用在基于压缩感知的宽带扩频测控通信系统、认知无线电等相关领域,具有一定工程应用价值。     

基于块稀疏度与自适应迭代的压缩感知方法

针对分块压缩感知算法在平滑块效应时损失了大量的细节纹理信息，从而影响图像的重构效果问题，提出了一种基于块稀疏信号的压缩感知重构算法。该算法先采用块稀疏度估计对信号的稀疏性做初步估计，通过对块稀疏度进行估算初始化阶段长，运用块矩阵与残差信号最匹配原则来选取支撑块，再运用自适应迭代计算实现对块稀疏信号的重构，较好地解决了浪费存储资源和计算量大的问题。实验结果表明，相比常用压缩感知方法，所提算法能明显减少运算时间，且能有效提高图像重构效果。     

一种雷达回波数据的实时压缩算法

本文研究了脱靶量测量中的雷达回波数据的实时压缩问题，通过对作匀速直线运动目标的多普勒信号特征的分析，提出了一种基于离散余弦变换（DCT）的多普勒信号的变换域压缩算法，并讨论了根据重构信号由高分辨率谱估计及非线性最小二乘拟合进行脱靶量测量的问题。     

压缩感知的发展与应用

压缩感知（Compressed Sensing,CS）是近年来新兴的一种信号获取技术。沿着 CS理论的发展历程介绍了CS理论框架,给出了其严格的数学描述,着重讨论了对原始信号的 重构技术,最后介绍了一些可能的应用。     

利用压缩测量值的非重构宽带频谱感知

为了解决在认知无线电(CR)宽带系统中快速精确分析数据并实现频谱感知的技术难题,对非重构压缩频谱检测进行了研究。提出了一种利用压缩测量值的非重构宽带频谱感知算法,推导分析了虚警概率和检测概率的封闭表达式。该算法利用离散余弦变换（DCT）矩阵的能量压缩特性观测得到主用户能量压缩信息,并利用新型压缩检测器对压缩信息进行判决。仿真表明,所提算法降低了计算复杂度,提供了比传统的能量检测器和压缩检测器更好的工作特性。     

一种利用压缩感知改进的PMF-FFT扩频捕获算法

为了实现直接序列扩频（DSSS）信号快速捕获的同时降低数据量和硬件资源消耗，引入了压缩感知理论改进部分匹配滤波-快速傅里叶变换（PMF-FFT）算法，提出了基于压缩感知改进的部分匹配滤波-快速傅里叶变换（CSPMF-FFT）算法。该算法将PMF-FFT算法与压缩感知理论相结合，先对信号进行稀疏性分析和压缩观测，然后从少量压缩观测值中重构信号，并利用输出的峰值信息估算信号的多普勒频移和码相位，从而实现捕获。理论分析和仿真实验表明，相较于PMF-FFT捕获算法，CSPMF-FFT算法能在成功完成捕获的同时有效地减少相关器的数目和FFT变换的运算量，从而降低系统数据量和硬件资源压力，为基于压缩感知的扩频信号处理技术研究奠定了基础。     

基于压缩感知的伪随机等效采样信号重构

伪随机等效采样利用采样周期数与采样点数间的互质关系使各采样点均匀复现于同一周期,从而达到较高的等效采样速率。然而为了精确重构出原始信号,需大量采样数据,因此导致采样时间过长,实时性能差。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于压缩感知理论的伪随机等效采样信号重构方法,通过构造伪随机等效采样观测矩阵并选择离散傅里叶变换基建立稀疏重构模型,然后利用压缩感知中的正交匹配追踪算法求解该模型,从而重构出原始信号。仿真实验表明,所提方法在采样点个数40时,重构成功率达99.73%。     

基于残差重构的分布式视频压缩感知

为了改进分布式视频压缩感知方案的性能,提出了一种基于残差重构的分布式视频压 缩感知方案。该方案在编码端逐帧独立进行测量,在解码端依靠视频信号的时域相关性提升 重构信号质量。首先,对关键帧独立进行重构;其次,利用已重构关键帧做运动估计/运动 补偿以生成非关键帧的边信息;接下来,对边信息采用与编码端相同的测量矩阵进行测量并 计算测量残差值;最后,采用全变分最小化重构残差信号值并将其与边信息相加生成最终的 重构图像。实验结果表明,在相同采样率下,与已有的分布式视频压缩感知方案相比,提出 的方案可获得2.8 dB以上的峰值信噪比增益。
