移动网络技术推动了金融服务业的发展变革,顾客的移动金融服务需求增长迅速.研究以智能手机银行服务为实证,剖析顾客价值需求维度及反映变量,探索银行业基于顾客导向的价值创新空间.通过探索性和验证性因子分析方法,论证手机银行用户的顾客价值需求维度及其结构,构建二阶因子模型,开发各维度的测评体系.研究发现,移动金融服务顾客价值作为一个潜因子型多维构念,包括服务效能价值、安全保证价值、信息智慧价值、道德信誉价值和虚拟体验价值等五项维度,二阶因子模型得到证实,各维度的测评体系量表具有测量的适用性和可靠性.     

基于FPGA 的1GHz高速采样处理平台设计

介绍了一种高速宽带采样的数字信号处理平台设计方法，论述了在XilinxV4 FPGA中如何实现高速同步时钟设计和高速数据同步接收设计，介绍了与该设计相关的一些高速模数混合电路设计方法和一种采样后数据捕获的方法。该设计方案已用于瞬时测频中，并取得了良好的效果。     

Product evaluation in a dynamic market

This paper reports the findings of a longitudinal study of the Australian womens' clothing market. Using MANOVA to analyze results from a field experiment allows variation in respondents' beliefs and preferences to be partitioned between (a) factors of theoretical and/or managerial interest (market segments and time), (b) factors representing secondary aspects of the research design (presentation and context of clothes) and (c) traditional measurement threats (repeated measurement). The results obtained for this illustrative case suggest that the variance generated by design choices and measurement effects may be equal to, or greater than, that associated with our theoretical constructs. If such a conclusion were more generally true, it would indicate a pressing need for the improved reporting of research designs and greater attention to the study of methodological artifacts.     

深空微波高精度测距测速技术

后续深空探测任务要求微波测量精度提高至少一个数量级。在此背景下，首先分析了目前我国深空测控系统无线电测距、测速现状，给出了主要误差源分解以及精度提升具体措施。针对行星间等离子体附加的测量误差，提出了多频链路消除行星间等离子体的具体方案。理论推导表明多频链路的设计使得无线电观测量基本上不受角距的影响。针对目前米级的设备校零残差提出了设备零值在线校正技术，以满足分米测距精度要求。     

悬置微带线的过渡设计

设计了一种新型微带-悬置微带线和波导-悬置微带线的过渡结构。此过渡模型工艺简单、尺寸紧凑、加工精度不高,在较宽的频带范围内实现了较好的过渡特性。这种过渡设计可以改善悬置微带电路的应用范围,同其它电路或系统可以更好地综合应用。通过仿真设计和样品测试,在整个Ka频段,波导-悬置微带线过渡结构插入损耗小于0.75 dB。     

基于高性能集群平台的VLBI处理系统设计

角位置是深空探测航天器导航定位的重要观测量信息,相对于获取航天器距离、速度信息的统一载波测量体制,甚长基线干涉测量(Very Long Baseline Interferometry,VLBI)技术的原始数据量呈几何式增长,海量数据的实时、准实时处理对航天器高精度导航定位提出了新的挑战。依托中国深空网干涉测量中心,论述了基于高性能集群平台环境的航天器干涉测角数据相关处理系统的设计实现,并利用探月工程的实测数据进行了验证分析。分析结论对推进我国深空网干涉测量信号处理中心建设、优化相关处理系统资源配置具有一定的参考价值。     

Internal Performance Measurement Systems: Problems and Solutions

This article pursues two aims: to identify problems and dangers related to the operational use of internal performance measurement systems of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) type and to provide some guidance on how performance measurement systems may be designed to overcome these problems. The analysis uses and extends Nørreklit's (2000) critique of the BSC by applying the concepts developed therein to contemporary research on the BSC and to the development of practice in performance measurement. The analysis is of relevance for many companies in the Asia-Pacific area as an increasing numbers of them are implementing the BSC.     

Professionalism: evolution and measurement

This article opens with a review of changes to the concept of professionalism since Hall's classic 1968 study. Research into the measurement of professionalism is then evaluated and test results are reported for Hall's measure of professionalism on samples of British accountants and research chemists. Good fit indices from confirmatory factor analysis were only obtained after heavily modifying the original scale to give a 15-item, 5- factor scale. Inter-factor correlations are low, casting doubt upon the measurement of a single underlying professionalism construct. Suggestions for reconceptualising professionalism in terms of process rather than structure are given.     

Consumers' evaluations of an international airport: a facet theoretical approach

Results are presented of a study of consumers' satisfaction with an international airport. A facet theory approach is adopted in research design and data analysis and the results are presented in relation to previous facet theory-guided research into design evaluation. Opportunity-sampled passengers (N = 115) arriving or departing air passengers returned completed and usable questionnaires. Analysis revealed the air passengers questioned were generally satisfied with the airport. Similarity structure analysis (SSA) provided support for the 'general mapping sentence for place experience' which was used to design the questionnaire. The mapping sentence has been developed in the literature through demonstrating a common structure to place evaluation which consists in facets of referent, focus and level. The referent facet composed elements of service, spatial and comfort; a focus facet with contained elements of primary and ancillary; and a level facet was independently present with elements of direct and indirect levels of contact. The paper concludes by developing a mapping sentence for airport design evaluation.     

Confucian ethics,moral foundations,and shareholder value perspectives: An exploratory study

A survey study was conducted to look into the effect of Confucian ethics and the psychological foundations of morality on business managers' perspectives on corporate social responsibility (CSR). Using responses from 393 Chinese managers, we first conducted confirmatory factor analysis to assess the reliability and validity of the measurement model and then employed hierarchical regression to explore the relationships among Confucian ethics, moral foundations, and managers' shareholder value perspectives. The results indicate that both Confucian ethics and managers' moral foundations had significant influence on shareholder value perspectives. In fact, moral foundations and Confucian ethics interacted and jointly affected managers' positions on the shareholder value model of corporate responsibility. This study demonstrates the importance of psychological foundations of morality to managers' CSR orientations and substantiates the persistent impact of Confucian ethics/cultural traditions on today' business practices.
