最近,成都市质量技术监督局对本市企业生产的半固态调味料、酱类、调味油、罐头进行了抽查,抽检产品177批次,合格173批次,合格率97.7%。结果显示,四川成都天德利实业发展有限公司的"天德利"红烧王调料(半固态复合调味料)检出酸价超标;新都区铭兴调味品厂的火锅底料、郫县新胜平康酿造厂的"鹃竹"红油郫县豆瓣,四川省成都郫县青马调味食品厂的"宏润"郫县豆瓣,检出氨基酸态氮不达标。 相似文献

Diversification economies and specialisation efficiencies in a mixed food and coffee smallholder farming system in Papua New Guinea 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Smallholder farming systems in Papua New Guinea are characterised by an integrated set of cash cropping and subsistence food cropping activities. In the Highlands provinces, the subsistence food crop sub-system is dominated by sweet potato production. Coffee dominates the cash cropping sub-system, but a limited number of food crops are also grown for cash sale. The dynamics between sub-systems can influence the scope for complementarity between, and technical efficiency of, their operations, especially in light of the seasonality of demand for household labour and management inputs within the farming system. A crucial element of these dynamic processes is diversification into commercial agricultural production, which can influence factor productivity and the efficiency of crop production where smallholders maintain a strong production base in subsistence foods.
In this study we use survey data from households engaged in coffee and food crop production in the Benabena district of Eastern Highlands Province to derive technical efficiency indices for each household over two years. A stochastic input distance function approach is used to establish whether diversification economies exist and whether specialisation in coffee, subsistence food or cash food production significantly influences technical efficiency on the sampled smallholdings.
Diversification economies are weakly evident between subsistence food production and both coffee and cash food production, but diseconomies of diversification are discerned between coffee and cash food production. A number of factors are tested for their effects on technical efficiency. Significant technical efficiency gains are made from diversification among broad cropping enterprises. 相似文献

经过几十年的发展,广东省虽已建成了以冷冻水产品为主,鱼糜制品、调味休闲食品、干制品、腌熏制品、罐头制品、调味品、功能保健品、鱼粉与饲料加工、海藻化工、海藻食品以及海洋药物等多个门类为辅的较为完善的水产加工体系。但是,与发达国家相比仍有明显差距,加工水平低、企业规模小、加工设备简陋、综合利用率低、标准体系不完善的问题仍十分突出。广东省正在实施海洋强省战略,大力推进水产品精深加工,对促进广东省由海洋经济大省向海洋经济强省转变具有十分重要的意义,为此,文章从扩大企业规模、推进技术创新、发展精深加工、实施品牌战略、健全质量安全标准体系等方面提出了发展广东省水产品深加工的政策建议。 相似文献

[目的]为了解我国绿色食品领域的研究现状与趋势,对绿色食品领域研究和促进绿色食品产业的发展提供理论指导与建议。[方法]以2008—2017年CNKI数据库期刊论文为数据来源,基于社会网络视角,综合利用SPSS、SATI、ENDNOTE、UCINET、NETWORK等软件,通过因子与多维尺度分析,总体把握绿色食品领域的研究现状与发展趋势,并结合社会网络的可视化和点度、中间和接近中心度,对研究热点及各因素之间的关系进行深入度量。[结果](1)绿色食品领域研究主要围绕以生产标准、生产基地、生产模式为核心的“绿色生产”,以认证主体和认证形式为核心的“绿色认证”,以安全要素和安全食品为核心的“绿色安全”,以技术范畴和技术应用为核心的“绿色技术”这四大研究领域展开。(2)“绿色生产”研究中,黑龙江省作为绿色食品的标杆省份,为其他省市发展绿色食品产业提供了经验指导和品牌标准;“绿色认证”研究中,消费者对绿色食品的相关认知辨析能力及绿色消费的行为意识仍有待提高;“绿色安全”研究中,推行绿色食品生产标准是保证食品安全的重要准则;“绿色技术”研究中,绿色食品的发展需要依靠生产技术,完善生产技术规程、提高相关技术的研发与应用是促进绿色食品长久发展的主要途径。(3)“绿色生产”中对绿色农业、绿色食品企业及产业化的生产模式的探索和应用是研究的热点与整个绿色食品领域研究网络的重要介质;“绿色技术”中的技术范畴是研究的边缘领域,技术应用如技术规程、产业集聚等与绿色生产核心领域的相互融合交叉研究是今后关注的重点。[结论]推动绿色食品领域研究与绿色食品产业的发展,重点在于加大绿色食品技术的研究与投入,促进绿色食品产业集聚与融合。 相似文献

Response surface methodology (Box-Behnken design) was used to optimize the seasoning ingredients of popped popcorn. Children’s liking of seasoned popcorn was also determined by 120 school children. The results indicated that seasoning of popcorn with fish protein powder and omega-3 fish oil could produce accepted snacks that would be more nutritious than the widely consumed regular popcorn. Fortification of popcorn with 9% fish protein powder and/or 6% omega-3 fish oil did not influence the sensory attributes of the prototypes. Liking test revealed that children in the age range of 6 to 12 years liked the selected fortified products. This fortification also provided another avenue for cereal snack food diversification and might be a healthy option to boost children’s nutritional intake and to increase fish protein consumption. [目的]农业现代化离不开农业生产效率的提升,研究农机社会化服务对玉米生产技术效率的作用效果,从而推动农机社会化服务与粮食生产的共同发展。[方法]文章基于2019年对12省区农户调查数据,通过随机前沿模型和倾向得分匹配法(PSM),分析农机社会化服务对玉米生产技术效率的影响效果。[结果]目前整体上我国农户玉米生产技术效率较高,不同农户间技术效率差异较大;农机社会化服务对玉米生产技术效率存在正向影响效应,Rosenbaum边界估计结果与敏感性分析说明变量的选择性偏差控制在合理范围之内,即使无法完全避免遗漏变量,其研究结果依然稳健可信。[结论]农机社会化服务对玉米种植技术效率的影响净效应为11.2%~11.6%。因此在玉米种植中进一步推广农机社会化服务,确实将有助于我国玉米种植的技术效率、提升要素配置水平,有效实现小规模农户和现代农业发展有机衔接,助力我国实现农业现代化与保障粮食安全。 相似文献

[目的]探究农业生产性服务对玉米生产技术效率的影响,引导农业生产性服务精准化发展,有助于维稳国家粮食安全,尽早实现农业现代化和乡村振兴发展目标。[方法]文章利用对黑龙江省13市47村298个玉米种植户的微观数据,构建随机前沿生产函数模型对玉米生产技术效率进行测算,并在此基础上构建技术无效率模型,实证检验农业生产性服务对玉米生产技术效率是否产生重要影响。[结果]目前玉米生产技术效率平均值在75%左右,有较大提升空间;农资供应服务、农业技术服务、农业信息服务、农机作业服务均能够显著提高玉米生产技术效率,但影响程度存在一定差异,其中农业信息服务对玉米生产技术效率的作用效果最为明显,其次是农机作业服务、农业技术服务和农资供应服务;性别、年龄、受教育程度、是否担任村干部、是否有农地流转、玉米收入占比对提高玉米生产技术效率有显著正向影响,是否兼业对提高玉米生产技术效率有显著负向影响。[结论]提高玉米生产技术效率要从完善农业生产性服务体系、建立农村信息服务平台、提高农户认知水平等方面入手。 相似文献

Participatory determinants of innovation and their impact on plantain production systems in Cameroon
Current statistics question the capacity of food-crop production to meet the challenges of food security in Central Africa. However, for local food crops like plantain, the potential for improving productivity is very high. In response to this challenge, after identification of the most serious constraints, an interdisciplinary team used participatory research and action-research tools to try and speed up the adoption of technical innovation by farmers. The project began in 1990 in South-West Province and subsequently expanded to include 100 plantain producers and 60 extension technicians in the Central and Southern Provinces of Cameroon. The approach used produced satisfactory results as far as the adoption and dissemination of methods of multiplication and cleaning of planting material were concerned but there was resistance to new cropping practices involving intercrops and crop rotation. The project resulted in major technical changes in plantain production systems in Cameroon that not only increased productivity and food security but also reduced deforestation showing that sustainable intensification is possible in sub-Saharan Africa. 相似文献

In spite of the potential for rice‐fish farming in Bangladesh, it has been adopted by relatively few farmers because of socioeconomic, environmental, technological and institutional constraints. Rice monoculture remains the main farming system in Bangladesh even though integrated rice‐fish farming is the best farming system in terms of resource utilisation, diversity, productivity, production efficiency and food supply. Only a small number of farmers involve in integrated rice‐fish farming. This study concludes that rice‐fish farming is as production efficient as rice monoculture and that integrated performs better in terms of cost and technical efficiency compared with alternate rice‐fish farming. Integrated rice‐fish farming can help Bangladesh keep pace with the current demand for food through rice and fish production. However, a lack of technical knowledge of farmers, high production costs and risks associated with flood and drought are inhibiting more widespread adoption of the practice. 相似文献
