基于高阶循环累积量和支持矢量机的分级调制分类算法

利用观测样本的高阶循环累积量特征,提出一种基于支持矢量机的分级调制分类算法 ,实现了对QAM调制信号的自动识别。该算法具有较快的分类器训练速度和较低的复杂度, 对时延和相位旋转具有稳健性,并可在干扰环境下实现对感兴趣信号调制类型的识别。理论 分析和仿真结果均证明了算法的正确性和有效性。     

基于主成分分析和独立成分分析的调制分类算法

基于主成分分析（PCA）和独立成分分析（ICA）,提出了一种新的调制分类算法。算 法采用PCA对样本数据降维、去除冗余成分,采用FastICA方法提取分类特征;采用支持 矢量机（SVM）作为分类器,以解决数据在低维空间中的不可分问题。该算法具有较低的复 杂度和较高的训练速度。仿真表明,与最大似然（ML）算法相比,算法仅具有1.8 dB的信噪 比损失,在Rayleigh慢衰落信道和中速运动的条件下,算法对5种QAM调制类型具有较好的 分类性能。     

运用高阶累积量和SVM的调制自动识别

针对数字信号调制模式识别问题,提出了运用高阶累积量和二叉树支持向量机（SVM）进行 自动识别的算法。该算法首先使用信号的四阶、六阶、八阶累积量构造了5个新的分类特征 ,然后利用二叉树支持向量机分类器实现了8种信号的有效分类。仿真结果表明,该算法优 于直接多类分类支持向量机算法,在信噪比大于5 dB时,识别率达到90%以上。     

基于支持向量机的多特征目标抗干扰检测技术

针对箔条干扰时目标与干扰难以区分的问题，设计了一种基于多特征向量的分类算法。该算法首先对目标和箔条的特征进行分析，而后选择并构造了一组具有较高区分度的极化特征识别量，最后采用支持向量机（SVM）方法，通过对特征样本进行训练，获得了较好的分类结果。实验表明，所提算法具有较强的抗箔条干扰能力，且检测正确率可达90%以上。     

一种基于位同步的复杂调制样式识别方法

针对卫星数字化视频广播第二代标准（Digital Video Broadcasting-Satellite -Second Generation,DVB-S2）中的多进制幅度移相键控（Multiple Amplitude and Phase-Shift Keying,MAPSK）和多进制正交幅度调制（Multiple Quadrature Amplitude Modulation,MQAM）信号的调制识别,提出了基于位同步的识别方法。首先利用信号星座图特征对信号包络进行位同步,然后统计信号码元的幅度值个数及其幅度值分布提取统计特征参数,最后利用特征参数完成识别。仿真结果表明,所提算法在载波频率等参数未知的条件下,能够有效对信号进行调制识别。     

支持向量机在模式识别中的应用

针对传统神经网络存在网络结构难于确定、过学习以及局部极小等问题，研究了基于支持向量机（SVM）的模式识别问题。通过对棋盘这种典型非线性二值问题的分类研究，分析了支持向量机的分类与泛化能力。支持向量机在分类和泛化能力方面远远优于传统神经网络。最后将支持向量机用于对两类飞机目标的分类识别，通过多组蒙特卡罗试验，获得了较好的识别结果。支持向量机在目标识别中有巨大潜力和广阔前景。     

低信噪比弱调制AM信号的检测与识别

本文讨论高斯噪声环境下低信噪比弱调制ＡＭ信号的检测与识别问题。利用循环平稳信号谱相关函数和特点和单循环检测器（ＳＣＤ）完成对低信噪比弱调制ＡＭ信号的检测与调制识别。文中给出循环平稳信号频率平滑谱相关算法（ＦＳＭ）和用于低信噪比弱调制ＡＭ信号的检测的单循环检测器，并给出计算机模拟计算结果。     

基于加权最小二乘支持向量机的欠定盲源分离

为了进一步提高欠定盲源分离算法中混合矩阵估计方法的性能,提出了一种基于加权最小二乘支持向量机（SVM）的欠定盲源分离混合矩阵估计方法。该方法利用信号的方向角度特征估计出有效信源信号个数,然后采用加权最小二乘支持向量机方法获得初始权值,每次将其中一个权值对应的样本点作为测试样本,其余点作为训练样本,依次对样本的误差变量进行更新,再根据权值计算公式实现所有权值的更新,进而确定最优分类平面,实现对观测信号的最优分类,最终估计出混合矩阵。实验结果表明,新算法是有效的,其平均误差是基于K-均值方法误差的0.2倍左右,是基于SVM算法平均误差的0.5倍左右。     

基于积谱矩阵局部二值模式的欺骗干扰识别

针对跟踪雷达的三种常见欺骗干扰,提出了一种基于积谱矩阵(SPM)局部二值模式（LBP）的识别算法。首先,计算雷达接收信号不同脉冲重复周期（PRI）的积谱,并将其按照频域和慢时域排列成一个二维积谱矩阵。然后,将图像处理的纹理特征引入到欺骗干扰识别的算法中,采用局部二值模式提取二维积谱矩阵的灰度图像特征。最后,通过仿真实验验证了算法的正确性,当雷达接收信号的信噪比（SNR）大于5 dB时,该欺骗干扰识别算法的平均识别概率优于90%。     

基于分数阶傅里叶变换的脉内信号调制方式识别

针对传统的雷达脉内信号调制类型识别方法存在的抗噪性能差和识别率低等问题, 提出了一种基于分数阶傅里叶变换（FRFT）的脉内信号调制方式识别算法。该算法分为两步 ：首先根据不同调制方式在调频斜率上的区别,通过FRFT模值随阶数变化的特点,识别出线 性调频信号;然后,再根据阶数为1时FRFT的波形特点,识别出频率编码信号和相位编码信 号。仿真实验表明,该算法在信噪比优于-2 dB的情况下可以完成脉内信号的调制特征 识别,其抗噪性能和识别率均明显优于传统识别方法。
