动物福利壁垒对我国动物产品出口的影响及启示

从食品安全和人道主义角度看,动物福利的规定是合理的,但一旦进口国滥用本国的动物福利法,就演变为动物福利壁垒.动物福利壁垒也对我国畜禽产品、水产品和中药出口构成威胁.基于此,文章指出我国应一方面完善动物福利法规,加强行业领导,多方位地开拓国际市场,另一方面积极利用并参与制定WTO相关规则,反对他国滥设动物福利壁垒.
