中日钢铁产业出口竞争力实证分析

金融危机之后,中日钢铁产业在面临严峻的挑战后缓慢复苏,尤其是2011年3月,日本发生强烈地震给其钢铁产业带来了更为严酷的打击,在国际市场上中日钢铁产业国际竞争力正在发生变化。在此背景下,研究中日钢铁产业出口贸易对提升中国钢铁产业国际竞争力具有重要的意义。为此,运用引力模型通过中日钢铁产业出口贸易量的比较分析,研究了中日钢铁产业地位的变化。     

中国稀土国际市场势力测度及政策有效性研究

本文基于买卖双方视角,运用拓展的SMR模型,选取13个中国稀土主要出口国为研究对象,对1992—2015年中国稀土出口贸易国际市场势力进行实证测度,并进一步探究中国稀土出口管制政策的效果。结果显示:整个阶段中国在国际稀土贸易出口市场中缺乏市场势力;从出口政策鼓励阶段到出口政策限制阶段中国稀土出口市场势力明显上升,反映出稀土出口管制政策成效显著。针对实证结果,本文从没有在源头上实行有效管控、国际市场改变供需结构应对出口限制、中国高端技术匮乏等角度具体分析了导致中国稀土市场整体势力缺乏的原因,并提出了相应的政策建议。     

中美两国对韩国农产品出口增长因素研究

韩国是中、美两国农产品重要出口市场。本文基于2000~2011年中美两国对韩国农产品贸易的有关数据,运用恒定市场份额模型分解两国对韩国农产品出口增长因素。结果显示:规模效应始终是中美两国农产品对韩国出口增长的主要因素,中国规模效应较美国更加突出;中国农产品出口竞争力下降导致竞争效应贡献度不断降低,严重制约中国对韩国农产品出口的扩大,而美国农产品竞争优势的提高促进了对韩国出口增长。美韩FTA协定中韩国农产品市场的进一步开放,必然会对中国农产品出口韩国构成威胁。最后,提出了扩大两国农产品贸易规模、促进农产品贸易自由化的建议。     

TPP对中国机电产品出口的潜在影响——基于GTAP-CGE模型的评估北大核心CSSCI

TPP要求缔约方完全减除关税,由此必然引发TPP成员国内部的贸易创造和其余地区的贸易转移,进而改变占全球贸易额近一半的机电产品的贸易流向和流量。本文评估TPP形成对中国机电产品出口的潜在影响。文章首先采用出口相似度指数分析中国与TPP及相关国家机电产品出口的竞争关系,提出TPP影响中国机电产品出口的四个研究假说,然后基于GTAP-CGE模型检测TPP形成、韩国加入、中国也加入三种情形下中国各类机电产品出口额的变化。研究发现:(1)TPP形成将使中国机电产品出口遭受负面冲击,主要体现为HS72类和HS90类,而日本的同类产品出口则增加,贸易转移效应显著;(2)若韩国加入TPP,贸易转移效应将蔓延至韩国,HS90类尤甚;(3)若中国、韩国都加入TPP,中国机电产品出口将享受巨额的出口增幅,对美国出口增幅最大。中、日、韩、美四国在各类机电产品出口上激烈的竞争关系是造成上述结果的主要原因。

金融及原材料市场 世界经济 统计数据表明,1月份亚洲地区出口明显降低.与去年同期相比,日本出口下降46%,导致有史以来的贸易赤字;中国出口下降18%,中国台湾出口下降44%,韩国出口下降33%.世界各国最新GDP增量如下:日本-4.6%,欧元区-1.2%,美国-0.2%,中国6.8%,韩国3.4%,印度7.6%,巴西6.8%,俄罗斯1.1%.     

技术性贸易壁垒对我国玩具出口的影响与对策

加入世贸组织以后,作为我国传统出口产品的玩具出口在国际市场上份额不断增加,但是,近年来,随着以欧盟、美国、日本为代表的发达国家,相继出台内容严苛产品标准、技术要求,使技术性贸易壁垒逐渐成为各国提高新国际竞争力的重要手段,而大量的技术性贸易壁垒是我国玩具业的出口受到了严重的打击,出口收入大幅度下降同时,出口竞争能力降低,国际市场的占有率下降。本文分析我国玩具业出口发展中存在的问题,尤其针对近年来严重影响玩具业出口的各种新兴的技术性贸易壁垒进行原因的分析,并提出规避或减少技术性壁垒对我国玩具出口制约的相应对策。     

中印贸易合作的潜力及实现路径研究——基于随机前沿引力模型

在分析中印双边贸易结合度、相似度、互补性的基础上,利用随机前沿引力模型测算中国对印度的进口和出口效率,以及中印双边的贸易潜力,提出了中印贸易合作的实现路径。研究发现:中印双边贸易额稳步增加,但印度对华出口增长乏力,中方贸易顺差逐年扩大;中印两国贸易关系紧密,贸易产品互补性较强,且在两国主要出口市场的竞争性较弱;中国对印度的出口效率小于进口效率,出口和进口贸易潜力最大值分别为794亿美元、177亿美元;互相削减关税增加了两国的总经济效应,且印度的收益大于中国;印度加入上合组织促进了其与中国的贸易增长。建议中国扩大对印度的投资,增加从印度进口,积极推动RCEP尽快达成协议。     

“舆论壁垒”不会影响中日食品贸易

中国加入世贸组织以来，生鲜农产品、加工食品出口快速增长，在出口格局上仍然是对日出口所占比重最大，1／4是出口到了日本市场。据日本方面的统计，日本食品进口的16％来自于中国。日本餐桌上的大蒜、花生、蘑菇，90%来自于中国。     

行业协会：找准自己的定位发挥更大的作用

自从中国于2001年底正式加入世贸组织,反倾销案层出不穷,困扰着国内企业。今年3月5日,美国单方面宣布对包括中国在内的欧盟、日本、韩国等几个世界主要钢铁出口国实施最高达30％的高关税制裁。我国农产品的出口也频频受阻国际市场,诸多的非关税壁垒特别是技术壁垒、绿色环境壁垒等不一而足,使商品生产者损失惨重。
