超效液相色谱串联质谱法测定保健品中阿托品

试样经0.1%甲酸水-乙腈混合溶剂提取,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术,色谱柱分离后在多反应监测模式下进行定性定量分析。阿托品的线性范围为0.5~50μg/L,相关系数大于0.999 0;方法检出限为10μg/kg;3个添加水平的平均加标回收率为85.5%~95.4%,相对标准偏差范围在2.1%~5.3%。该方法操作简单、定量准确,是一种高效的测定保健品种阿托品的方法。     

LC-MS测定鸡肉中的24种β-受体激动剂的研究

采用LCMS联用方法测定鸡肉中的24种β-受体激动剂,结果表明:24种β-受体激动剂在0.100~10.000μg/L范围内线性良好;方法检出限和方法定量限分别介于0.004~0.025μg/kg和0.014~0.082μg/kg。     

高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用技术测定水产品及产地底泥中4种砷的形态残留

建立了高效液相色谱原子荧光分光光度法在线联用技术测定水产品及产地底泥中砷4种形态残留的方法。对前处理方法和液相色谱的最佳参数进行优化,实验表明,4种砷化合物的线性范围为20-100g/L,相关系数(r)均优于0.999,三价砷、一甲基砷、二甲基砷、五价砷的仪器最低检出限分别为0.3、0.9、1.2、7.9μg/L。加标平均回收率为89.99%-97.00％,变异系数为2.05%-4.42％。     

旧机电产品中二噁英类多氯联苯的测定

建立了凝胶渗透色谱-流体自动净化系统净化-高分辨质谱测定电路板中的二噁英类多氯联苯（12种,PCB 77,81,126,169,105,114,118,123,156,157,167,189）残留的分析方法。样品冷冻粉碎后经索氏提取,再用凝胶渗透色谱和流体自动净化系统净化,最后浓缩。以HRGC/HRMS电压选择离子检测模式（VSIR）对样品中的PCBs进行定性分析,同位素稀释技术定量,该方法检测限可达到pg/g水平。12种化合物的标准曲线线性相关系数均大于0.9999,线性范围指标性0.5～800 ng/g;内标回收率64.9%～103.8%;方法检出限0.1pg/g。     

乙酰氯-甲醇法测定乳粉中37种脂肪酸含量的分析与研究

建立了气相色谱法多组分分离条件,同时测定乳粉中的亚油酸,α-亚麻酸、ARA和DHA含量的方法。优化色谱条件,结果表明,37种脂肪酸均能在PC-2560(100 m×250μm×0.20μm)毛细管柱上得到很好的分离。方法的线性范围:亚油酸为40.0~800 g/L,α-亚麻酸为40.0~800 g/L,ARA为5.00~100 g/L,DHA为5.00~100 g/L;方法检出限为0.20~0.29 mg/100g;加标回收率为90.5%~102%;相对标准偏差为1.04%~2.57%;该方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好、适用于实际批量检测工作。     

止咳水中31种常见毒品成分的快速测定

止咳水试样用50%甲醇水溶液超声提取,经有机滤膜过滤后,利用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)进行检测,建立了止咳水中31种毒品成分的快速测定方法。分析物采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),正离子多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量。可待因等28种组分在2~50μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限在0.2~2μg/L范围内,在10~50μg/L添加浓度范围内回收率为80.1%~109%;大麻酚、四氢大麻酚、大麻二酚物质在10~200μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限均为4μg/L,在50~250μg/L添加浓度范围内回收率为81.2%~109%;化合物的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%~14.4%。所建立的方法灵敏度高,简便快捷,稳定性好,可用于止咳水中毒品类物质的定性鉴定及定量分析,为该类物质的快速检测提供技术支撑。     

氨基酸类保健品中17种氨基酸的在线衍生-HPLC-DAD测定

目的:建立一种快速、灵敏、高效的在线衍生-高效液相色谱(HPLC-DAD)法测定氨基酸类保健品中17种氨基酸含量的方法。方法:采用6.0 mol/L的盐酸在高纯氮气保护下酸水解保健品,采用邻苯二甲醛(o-phthaldialdehyde,OPA)9-芴甲基氯甲酸酯(9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl chloride,FMOC)自动在线衍生氨基酸方法,衍生试剂在0.1 M硼酸盐缓冲溶液中衍生。采用的色谱分离柱为Waters Sun FireTMC18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相50 mmol/L磷酸氢二钾(p H 6.5)和有机相[含50%乙腈及50%甲醇(v/v)],梯度洗脱,流速为1.5 m L/min,0.0~33.9 min在338 nm,33.9~40.0 min切换波长到263 nm下检测。结果:17种氨基酸线性范围均为50~2 500μmol/L,峰面积与浓度之间的线性关系良好(R2≥0.999 1)。以标准加入法测定回收率为88.23%~100.81%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.18%~10.69%。以3倍信噪比(S/N=3)计算方法检出限,除半胱氨酸(Cys)、脯氨酸(Pro)外,其他氨基酸的检出限为3.43~6.84μmol/L。结论:本文建立的方法可用于17种氨基酸的快速测定。     

高效液相色谱质谱联用法检测牛血液4种β-受体激动剂残留

建立检测牛血液样品中莱克多巴胺、克伦特罗、沙丁胺醇和马布特罗等4种β-兴奋剂类药物的高效液相色谱质谱联用方法(LC-MS/MS)。采用β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶对牛血液样品进行水解,采用pH 5.2的乙酸钠溶液对样品进行提取,通过固相萃取柱净化样品,浓缩提取物。在正离子模式下,采用多反应监测(MRM)模式对β-受体激动剂进行定性和定量分析,通过三个浓度水平(0.5μg/L、1.5μg/L、4.0μg/L)进行验证试验。所得样品回收率在95.4%~101.9%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.84%~8.56%。该方法具有简便、准确的优点,各项技术指标均符合国内外法规的要求,能够确证检测牛血液中β-受体激动剂类药物残留。     

微波消解原子荧光光度法测定粮谷中的硒

采用微波消解样品,氢化物-原子荧光光度法测定粮谷中的硒。对消解温度、压力、时间、消解试剂以及仪器参数等条件进行了研究,取得了优化条件．硒的回收率达到96．4％-108．3％,溶液中的检出限为0．20μg／L,线性范围为1．00μg／L～100．00μg／L,相对标准偏差为3．30％-3．65％。本方法具有快速、简便、线性范围宽、污染少等特点。     

UPLC-MS/MS法测定动物源性食品中硝基呋喃代谢物残留量

本研究建立了动物源性食品中四种硝基呋喃代谢物的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)的检测方法。该方法对4种硝基呋喃代谢物的检出限均为0.25μg/kg,线性范围均为0.5~10.0μg/L,加标回收率为81.6%~97.3%,相对标准偏差均小于10%。该方法测定时间短、稳定性强、灵敏度高、重现性好,能满足畜禽肉中4种硝基呋喃代谢物残留检测的要求。
