双瓣体自动定心夹具

在一台设备上加工湿式铸铁气缸套两端面,通常用液性塑料夹具。而由于缸套内孔变形大,而液性塑料夹具夹紧范围又小,缸套往往装不进塑料夹具里,所以无法使用液性塑料夹具装夹干式铸铁气缸套。若采用普通夹具,只能先加工缸套一端面,然后再倒过来加工缸套另一端面,生产效率低,质量又不好保证。为此我们设计了双瓣体自动定心夹具,可以在一台设备上加工
