跨境电子商务作为国际贸易的一种新兴形式,尽管其在我国正处于起步阶段,但对于我国经济发展的促进作用却是显而易见的。跨境电子商务的发展以政府鼓励、企业偏好、消费者选择和经济发展需要为基础条件,同时会受到法律法规、通关手续、争端解决机制、信用体系以及物流等方面因素的影响。然而,现阶段我国的跨境电子商务发展存在一些显著的问题,只有逐步解决和处理这些问题,才能够为跨境电子商务的发展创造良好的条件。     

跨境电子商务潮流下的物流模式比较研究

跨境电子商务的发展给物流模式提出了新的要求,传统的集装箱物流模式已不能满足跨境商务小批量、多批次的要求,跨境第三方物流模式、海外仓储等逐渐成为跨境电子商务常用的物流模式,本文主要介绍了跨境电子商务的基本概念,对常用的跨境物流模式进行了简单的讲解,分析了各自的利弊。     

中小企业跨境电子商务影响因子分析

目前,我国中小企业开展跨境电子商务主要有两种方式,一是通过第三方跨境电子商务交易平台,二是通过自己企业独立的电子商务网站。在剖析跨境电子商务流程的基础上,找到跨境电子商务方式选择的4个影响因素：网络营销、电子支付、电子通关和跨境物流;利用Probit模型,发现网络营销、电子通关和跨境物流的我国跨境电子商务发展的薄弱点,为企业决策提供依据。     

农产品跨境电子商务对策研究——以广西东兴为例

随着中国—东盟自贸区的建立,广西农产品跨境电商快速发展,形成了一定的集群和规模。广西作为中国对接东盟的桥头堡,优越的地理环境对于农产品跨境电商有着天然的区位优势。然而广西跨境电商还处于发展初期,通关不便、跨境支付繁琐、交易信用不足、专业人才匮乏、物流慢等诸多问题,制约了广西跨境电子商务的发展。建议采取加强对跨境电子商务专业人才的培养储备;加快建设支撑跨境农产品电子商务的物流配送体系;优化通关流程;加强农产品跨境电子商务支付安全建设;建立统一的数据系统完善跨境信用体系等策略以促进广西跨境电商健康快速发展。     

跨境电商监管现状与改进策略研究

近年来,跨境贸易的经营模式逐渐升级为无纸化、电子化、虚拟化,使得跨境电子商务在全球经济格局中所占的比重越来越大。然而,我国的跨境电商的发展时间较短且发展速度过于迅速,在交易过程中还存在着监管方式滞后、监管力度不足、专业法律监管条文不够明确等问题,使得跨境电商产品的质量安全得不到保障。因此,应加大改革力度,在第三方支付、通关和物流等方面采取一系列的措施,对于推动我国跨境电子商务的发展,具有十分重要的现实意义。

随着中国传统外贸结构的升级和"互联网+"概念的提出,作为国际贸易新方式的跨境电商开始发展。我国跨境电商经历了线上、线下的信息服务阶段,交易平台电子化阶段,产业链式服务阶段。在政府的扶持及互联网技术的支持下跨境电商迅猛发展,但目前仍存在贸易失衡、物流成本高、配送周期长、支付等问题。我国跨境电商应加快提高出口商品的质量,缩小贸易顺差,降低物流成本,完善物流体系和设施建设;政府应加强监管,完善法律机制,规范第三方支付市场,助推跨境电子商务的发展,推动我国外贸实现转型升级。     

内蒙古跨境电子商务发展困境与对策研究

跨境电子商务现在已经成为对外贸易的重要手段,全国各地都在如火如荼的开展,内蒙古地区地处中俄蒙三国交界处,开展跨境电子商务有地域优势。但是存在基础设施不健全,信息化水平不高,企业信息技术使用率偏低,物流中心建设缓慢,仓储管理有待规范,通关流程有待简化,品牌意识薄弱等问题。解决这些问题的策略是:继续加大对基础设施和信息化的建设力度,转变思想观念用技术武装头脑,培养符合内蒙古跨境电子商务需要的专业人才及推进信用体系建设,健全信用监管服务体系。     

基于公共海外仓的跨境电商物流产业链共生耦合模式与机制北大核心CSSCI

跨境电商物流运作直接影响交易实现与客户体验,是推动跨境电子商务发展的重要保证。而海外仓作为跨境电商物流的一项重大创新,可有效解决跨境电商物流成本高、运输周期长等问题,消除直邮模式影响境外消费者体验度的问题,提升境外消费者信任度和购买力,使境内跨境电商企业具备本地化优势,并由此成为跨境电商物流发展的主流模式。但由于自建海外仓投资成本高,运营管理难度大,公共海外仓成为跨境电子商务试点城市和众多中小跨境电商企业的主要选择。鉴于公共海外仓模式下的跨境电商物流产业链主要包括头程运输、海外仓储、尾程配送三个阶段,由国际货代、国际运输、集货拼箱、报关报检、海外仓储、快递配送等相关物流服务产业模块构成,且为实现特定跨境电商物流服务,其中多个产业模块内的特定企业组成了一条连续追加价值关系活动的价值增值链,加之公共海外仓模式下跨境电商物流产业链环境的复杂性、服务需求的不确定性、流程的复杂性、动态的稳定性及其双主体协同管理特性,为构建高效、稳定的跨境电商物流产业链,可运用并联耦合共生理论,设计基于国际货代企业和海外仓储企业双主体协同管理的并联耦合共生模式以及相应的信息交互机制、共生企业选择机制和产业链协同机制。     

关于中国跨境电子商务的文献综述——基于影响因素、模式及与贸易增长互动关系的研究

在"互联网+"时代,跨境电子商务迅速发展,并不断改变着传统贸易模式,这已经成为全球贸易发展的一大趋势,也成为学界研究的热点问题之一。本文围绕跨境电子商务,从以下三个方面对现有文献进行综述:(1)影响跨境电子商务发展的因素(跨境物流、跨境支付、通关、信用评价体系构建等);(2)跨境电子商务模式;(3)跨境电子商务与贸易增长的互动关系。通过对这几个方面的梳理,发现目前已有文献的不足之处,并在此基础上对未来可能的研究方向进行了展望。

Today we live in an era of unfettered mergers and acquisitions where once separate and independent media increasingly are concentrated under the control and leadership of the fictitious but legal personhood of a few conglomerated corporations. This paper will explore the impact of mega-media mergers on ethical modeling in journalism. It will diagram the behavioral context underlying the development of ethical habits, discuss leadership theory as it applies to management, and address the question of whether the creation of mega-media conglomerates will result in responsible corporate citizens or monsters who turn on their creators.
