双元组织文化视域下企业组织绩效提升路径分析

在经济飞速发展的今天,无数企业寻求着如何提升组织绩效增强竞争力走向世界的路径。对于企业发展来说,组织文化凝聚了企业战略构思及先进发展理念,与组织绩效密切相关。当前,组织文化对组织绩效的影响研究备受学术界重视,而经济导向性文化和发展导向性文化作为组织文化中的两个重要维度,对企业组织绩效提升的路径研究具有非常重要的作用。本文以双元组织文化为研究视角,在探寻企业组织文化与组织绩效相关关系的同时,针对组织绩效的提升措施展开分析讨论。     

基于构建学习型组织的绩效管理模型设计

通过对学习型组织的发展过程分析,给出了基于构建学习型组织绩效管理的影响因素模型和绩效管理三环模型,并用系统动力学的因果反馈环对影响绩效管理的诸因素组织学习力、共同愿景、对环境的适应性、组织机能等四个方面进行了分析.在绩效管理三环模型里,从绩效管理过程循环、学习型组织的系统思考及其他四项修炼三个方面有机地分析了学习型组织的绩效管理.     

信息技术影响企业绩效的机制研究

以解释信息技术的生产率悖论问题为起点,探索信息技术与企业绩效之间的“黑箱”问题。重点考察了信息技术影响企业绩效的内在途径和关联结构。着重通过分析信息技术对企业战略、组织结构、业务流程与组织学习这四条路径的影响,来进一步分析其对企业绩效的间接影响。

嵌入绩效理论研究综述

社会系统与经济系统的关系一直是人文社科研究的核心问题,嵌入性概念的提出为我们打开了链接两大系统的关键,嵌入绩效理论就是对社会系统如何通过嵌入影响经济系统绩效的路径与机制的研究.文章通过对1826年至2010年共184年的1000多篇文献的分析,发现国外嵌入绩效理论的研究视角多从关系嵌入和结构嵌入二分法基础上展开,对制度嵌入、空问嵌入、虚拟嵌入等角度进行了延伸性研究;国内的研究可以归纳为一个主干三个分支,即嵌入本体研究、嵌入网络属性角度、创新角度、学习角度的嵌入性影响绩效的机理研究.     

组织关系对供应链集成及绩效的影响

首先构建组织关系、信息技术、信息共享、物流整合与绩效这几个变量之间的理论模型,利用结构方程模型对组织关系、信息技术、信息共享、物流整合与绩效进行实证研究,通过研究发现组织关系对信息技术、信息共享有正向影响,信息技术、信息共享对物流整合具有正向影响,物流整合对绩效有正向影响.     

人力资源管理对组织绩效的影响——基于知识管理的视角

知识经济时代,知识成为企业发展的关键生产要素。对知识进行有效的管理,能够增强企业的应变和创新能力,提高组织绩效。人是知识的生产者和使用者,基于知识管理的视角展开组织人力资源管理,对于企业提高组织绩效具有重要意义。论文首先总结了目前人力资源管理与组织绩效之间的中介变量的研究现状,进而从人力资源管理对知识管理的作用以及知识管理对组织绩效的贡献两方面,最后探讨了知识管理对于人力资源管理对组织绩效的调节作用。     

人力资源管理契合性、组织能力与企业绩效——以HC公司为案例

人力资源管理系统与企业绩效的关系一直是战略人力资源管理的重要研究问题之一,本文采用案例分析的方法从人力资源管理的契合性及组织能力建设的视角出发探索人力资源管理契合性、组织能力、企业绩效间的关系,初步得到了一个关系框架,并得到三个结论:(1)人力资源管理的契合性具有动态变迁并逐步强化协同的特性;(2)人力资源管理契合性会推动企业组织能力建设,并推动企业绩效的提升;(3)人力资源管理系统与企业绩效的关系是一个复杂的持续影响过程.

基于社会交换理论的雇佣关系研究综述

长期以来,组织行为学领域里面对雇佣关系的研究主要是在社会交换理论的基础之上,从两个视角来进行的:一是从员工的角度研究双方责任认知的心理契约理论;二是从组织的角度研究雇佣关系策略的诱因/贡献模型。在对这两方面的文献进行收集和归类的基础之上,提出了未来对雇佣关系的研究同样可以基于社会交换理论,一方面可以同时从员工和组织两个角度进行双视角的雇佣关系研究;另一方面,可以进一步探究在两种视角下,不同的雇佣关系模式是通过何种途径来对员工和组织产生影响的。

建立政务信息系统、推行电子政务是市级工业与信息化委员会改善服务企业质量、提高行政效率的必然选择。文章从系统用户、网络结构、业务需求、非性能需求和性能需求等方面对市级工业与信息化委员会政务信息系统作了总体分析。     

组织资本及其信息披露困境探讨

通过对企业组织资本内涵的界定,指出组织资本在企业培育和保持核心竞争力方面发挥着重要作用,进而揭示出组织资本信息披露对企业利益相关者的重要性。分析了目前组织资本信息披露的困境,并从信息披露客体、信息披露主体、信息披露方法及信息披露受体四个角度分析组织资本信息披露困境的成因,在此基础上,提出促进企业组织资本信息披露的建议。     

Technology deployment process model

Organisations frequently deploy a range of new or improved technologies in order to improve their performance (efficiency and effectiveness). However, the literature has thus far primarily investigated Information Technology (IT) deployment issues and success factors, which may not be relevant or sufficient in the context of other technology types. Moreover, the literature usually discusses high-level success factors without identifying relevant low-level activities and their interdependencies. Specific guidance on how such activities may best be arranged in a process model is also lacking. Based on a one-year-long ethnographic study and one in-depth case study in the Australian Defence Organisation, this paper presents a normative technology-neutral process model comprising 61 activities thought to be necessary and sufficient for effective technology deployment.     

BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用研究

本文主要阐述BIM技术与工程造价管理的发展现状,探讨BIM技术在建筑全生命周期各个阶段的工程造价管理的应用价值。并以某实际工程为例,通过建立基于BIM技术的三维信息模型,导入BIM管理平台,加入时间与成本信息,形成BIM 5D信息模型,对工程进行实时的成本管理与进度管理,提高工程管理效率。     

The impact of supply chain quality management practices and knowledge transfer on organisational performance: an empirical investigation from China

In recent years, both quality management practices (QMP) and knowledge transfer (KT) have been studied extensively from inter-organisational and intra-organisational perspectives. However, to the best of our knowledge, the interaction between QMP and KT in a supply chain and their joint effects on organisational performance have not been addressed fully. The purpose of this paper is to provide insights for improving performance by mapping the relationship between supply chain quality management practices (SCQMP) and KT. A survey of 157 Chinese manufacturing firms is used to test a conceptual model that proposes relationship among SCQMP, KT and organisational performance (including operational performance and innovation performance). Structural equation modelling reveals that internal QMP have significantly positive effect on internal KT, while QMP at supply chain level have highly positive effect on cross-organisational KT. Furthermore, the results show that both internal KT and cross-organisational KT can promote operational and innovation performance, although the influence from internal KT is much more significant than cross-organisational KT for Chinese firms. The findings contribute to theory as well as practice by increasing understanding of how to improve the operational and innovation performance through enhancing SCQMP and KT.     

Employee organizational commitment: the influence of cultural and organizational factors in the Australian manufacturing industry

The importance of enhancing employee organizational commitment (EOC) is highlighted by the extensive literature revealing its positive impact on employees' job performance, reducing absenteeism and turnover rates, and improving employees' adaptability to organizational change. This study provides an insight into how EOC levels can be enhanced by examining the contextual factors that can influence EOC. Specifically, the study examines the association between cultural, organizational, and demographic factors with the level of EOC in the Australian manufacturing industry. Data were collected by a survey questionnaire from a random sample of 500 managers with the results revealing that two cultural factors (outcome orientation and stability) and three organizational factors (organizational size, perceived organizational support and job satisfaction) were found to be significantly associated with the level of EOC. Further analysis provides a preliminary insight into how to enhance the EOC of specific managers with different cultural and organizational factors found to be associated with the EOC of managers at different levels in the organizational hierarchy. The findings have important implications for practitioners attempting to improve the level of EOC of their employees with the subsequent enhancements in the level of EOC likely to contribute to improvements in productivity and growth in the Australian manufacturing industry.

Supply chain performance flexibility in the Australian beef industry

The red meat value chain in Australia is undergoing a rapid change due to globalisation, a highly competitive meat market and increased production efficiency and flexibility. This paper aims to investigate how beef producers can increase supply chain performance (SCP) flexibility by improving supply chain practices. A model was developed and hypotheses were formulated based on the literature review of agri-food supply chains. A survey questionnaire was distributed to beef producers in Australia and the results of stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that performance flexibility was significantly influenced by the supply chain practices: customer relationships and information quality (IQ). Given these findings, beef producers should focus on customer relationships and IQ in order to achieve enhanced flexibility in their SCP. The paper discusses the implications and current practices in beef cattle farming industry.     

“信息不对称”对证券市场做市商报价影响力的实证研究

“信息不对称”理论已经可以解释经济生活很多方面的问题。在当今中国证券市场正在酝酿的改革中,有相当一部分学者提出引入做市商制度,因此,认清信息不对称理论如何在做市商制度中发挥效用会帮助大家更深刻的理解做市商制度的运行机理,找出其与中国证券市场的契合点。本文以纽约证券交易所的股票交易活动为研究对象,用了实证研究的方法,证明了由于证券市场普遍存在的“信息不对称”,做市商会根据交易间隔期本身所包含的信息内容改变其做市商报价。
