建设工程的根本绩效是推动社会的健康发展,建设工程在推动社会发展的同时,也伴生许多社会问题,西部大开发和国家刺激经济发展规划催生大量建设工程,必然要求解决好建设工程伴生的社会问题。建设工程是由参与项目的组织共同形成的社会网络实施的,解决工程伴生问题需要运用针对组织互动的社会网络分析方法。按照业务和监管关系建立其建设工程社会网络,并进行网络分析,发现建设工程宏观绩效中公众利益和自然环境效益最难得到保障,找出了社会网络中影响项目绩效的关键组织和个体,认为建设项目的最大受益者应该分配更多的社会责任,满足建设工程的绩效要求,提出一种建设工程绩效设置的模型,试图改善建设工程项目引出的诸多社会问题。 相似文献

With the exponential growth of data from social media, new opportunities for businesses to supplement marketing have been created. However, finding potential interest of consumers from a social media platform is a crucial but challenging task. Analysing the actual textual content of social media platform can help business managers to better understand the consumers’ interest for marketing. In this article, an approach was proposed to discover and quantify the business marketing topics, repost interest points on consumers and trends over time from company's micro-blog posts, furthermore gaining insights into the business marketing on social media platform. The case study results on real world data from Sina weibo show that it is useful for companies to better understand the digital traces of interaction with its consumers. This study draws on a historical, qualitative case study to explore how a leading Taiwanese high-tech mobile phone manufacturer, HTC, successfully and continuously manoeuvred the two wings of social capital – that is, structural social capital and cognitive social capital – to create value in its strategic entrepreneurial process between 1997 and 2008. Taiwan is a wide-spreading trust-based Chinese Confucian-influenced culture. The process of developing trust-based social capital for value creation consists of three central actions: identifying potential social capital, reinforcing cognitive social capital, and extending structural social capital. Our findings advance knowledge of trust-based social capital based on the perspective of strategic entrepreneurship for value creation and offer practical implications for the mobilisation of social capital. In sum, we suggest that firms could develop trust-based social capital considering business conditions to reduce possible risks or uncertainties of network management in an international arena. 相似文献

In the social sciences, non-utilization of knowledge is a major problem. Many publications stored in libraries or available on the Internet should be used more than they are now. Conventional approaches like providing abstracts and lists of keywords have proven to be insufficient. For more than thirty years already, meta-analysis is available for the accumulation and dissemination of scientific knowledge. In the social sciences, meta-analysis has been used on a limited scale only, mainly because there still remains a gap between the knowledge available and its application in policymaking. Recently, value transfer has been introduced as an additional method to bridge the gap between available knowledge and the demands for knowledge in new problem areas. Not only in the social sciences but also in the information sciences non-utilization of information is a major problem. It is the mission of tech mining to contribute to a mitigation of this non-utilization. In this article, we will show how tech mining could profit from innovations in meta-analysis and social impact assessment. Special attention will be paid to research on technology generations, research on social change in cohesive social systems showing solidarity at work, and tech mining in support of the Lisbon Strategy of the European Commission. 相似文献

A community’s capacity for self-governance depends on the social coordination capacity of community organizations and associations, the ability of community members to effectively access both bonding and bridging social capital, the ability of community members to leverage their shared histories and perspectives, and the stability of social networks within the community. Both Elinor Ostrom and Jane Jacobs have explored how a community’s capacity for self-governance affects its ability to solve complex problems (for example, dealing with crime, the provision of public goods, or problems of neighborhood blight). The greater a community’s capacity for self-governance the better able it is to deal with these complex challenges. This paper examines how pre-disaster systems of self-governance aid in post-disaster community recovery. Our analysis focuses on the Mary Queen of Vietnam (MQVN) community and Gentilly, examines the effectiveness of their systems of self-governance prior to Hurricane Katrina and explores the role these systems played in promoting community recovery after the disaster. 相似文献

The normative implications of participatory research imply ongoing social learning that ought to lead to personal and institutional transformation. Sustainability science also requires reflexive scientific practice in order to enable the co-generation of solutions that take account of uncertainty and multiple forms of knowledge. However, there is little published peer-reviewed material on how to assess to what degree the rhetoric regarding the benefits of participatory research are achieved in practice, particularly with regard to participatory research for sustainability. This paper outlines how linking the rationales for participatory research and for sustainability science to the principles of evaluation can deliver a conceptually coherent evaluation framework for assessment. The approach for evaluating participatory research in this context consists of framing the evaluation, i.e., setting boundaries on the subject within its social, political, environmental and institutional context and selecting appropriate criteria, methods and data sources. The application of the framework, using a summative evaluation of participatory research for sustainability in north-east Australia, illustrates its strengths and weaknesses, concluding with a consideration of its applicability to further participatory sustainability science. 相似文献

本文在系统梳理相关文献基础上,从公共服务分析框架出发,结合社会保障供给的研究,分析了北京市社会保障的财政责任.北京市社会保障制度和管理服务创新持续推进,基金规模增加、待遇标准提高.北京市需要加强社会保障制度的整合衔接,完善社会保障管理和服务体系,并对人口老龄化作出制度安排.北京市社会保障财政支出规模仍维持在较低的水平,财政对基本养老、基本医疗保险缺乏稳定投入,社会保险基金投资渠道狭窄、资金收益率低,社会保障资金的财政管理水平和运行绩效仍缺乏实质性的提高.建议北京市在稳步增加对社会保障的财政投入的同时,实现社会保障的多渠道筹资;重点调整财政投入结构,强化对基金的监督管理以及建立完善社会保障预算. 相似文献

Economic class, defined in relation to its actual control over the economy’s productive assets, is the most useful lens for examining power distribution in the post-Soviet transition and clarifying the neoliberal nature of its social provisioning processes. Using Ukraine as an illustration, I argue that only ownership empowerment of economically powerless classes can democratize the oligarchic transition economies. As an exit strategy from oligarchic capitalism, I recommend that state capitalism be implemented, as a transitory condition only, to divest oligarchs of unlawfully acquired economic power. Then, progressive restructuring of oligarchic companies must be conducted through broadening property ownership to include shared ownership and worker participation in economic decisions. I conclude that only by nurturing the democratic fundamentals of the economy and promoting a social democratic welfare state could a government in post-Euromaidan Ukraine initiate its own social control and create a genuine political and economic democracy. 相似文献
