本文运用目标层、准则层、领域层和指标层的递级层次结构模式构建了南京市可持续发展指标体系 ,并应用此体系对南京市可持续发展进行综合评价与分析。

Determinants of intra-firm trade: A search for a theoretical framework

This article establishes a theoretical framework to explain the underlying conditions for intra-firm trade phenomenon. Despite an increasing importance of intra-firm trade as a new mode of international exchange, its nature and implications have not yet been investigated seriously and appropriately. Traditional explanation of international trade offers little help in understanding this new phenomenon of international exchange. Using the transaction cost paradigm and its international application as well as the eclectic model of international production, this study identifies major determinants of the intra-firm trade. Also presented are some testable hypotheses within the theoretical framework thus developed.     

FDI location choice of Chinese multinationals in East and Southeast Asia: Traditional economic factors and institutional perspective

This paper investigates the factors determining foreign direct investment (FDI) location choices of Chinese multinational firms. We developed a conceptual framework that synthesizes traditional economic factors and institutional perspective. Then several hypotheses were developed in line with the framework and empirically tested using panel data of Chinese outward FDI to eight economies in East and Southeast Asia across a time period of thirteen years. Our findings suggest that institutional factors demonstrate a higher level of significance, complexity and diversity in determining FDI location choice in comparison with economic factors, while both types of factors influence the FDI location choice of Chinese multinational firms. We also found that the FDI location choices of Chinese firms have a dynamic nature, as statistical evidence indicates a heterogeneous response of Chinese FDI towards different economic groups and during different time periods.

反思性教学——ESP教师自我发展的有效途径

为适应社会发展的需求,我国高校应大力发展专门用途英语(ESP)教学,而其中首要的问题是ESP教师质量问题。开展反思教学研究是ESP教师的自我发展的有效途径。实施反思性教学的教师需借助课堂观摩、课程报告、教学日记、行动研究、问卷调查等方法探讨与解决自身教学问题,不断提高教学实践的合理性。     

产业转移中地方政府环境法治失灵的表象及匡正——基于江西承接产业转移的实证分析

从江西承接产业转移的问题入手,分析了产业转移对江西生态环境的负面效应,以及产业转移中地方政府环境法治的失灵。这种法治失灵突出的表现在:环境立法的失灵、环境执法的失灵和环境司法的失灵。对此,从完善相关法律政策体系、创新环境执法机制和推进环境司法进程三个方面予以了匡正。     

海南高职酒店管理专业校企合作现状与分析

为了深入了解行业企业在高职酒店人才培养过程中所起的作用、具体的运作方式及不同企业的关注点,课题组对海南省15家星级酒店进行了问卷调查和深度访谈。调研显示,高职院校在今后的校企合作过程中,应更加关注行业企业的需要,进行教育教学改革,探索形式多样的校企合作人才培养方式。     

Comment on “A new simple square root option pricing model”

Câmara A. and Wang Y.‐H. ( 2010 ) introduce a simple square root option pricing model where the square root of the stock price is governed by a normal distribution. They show that their three‐parameter option pricing model can outperform the Black–Scholes option pricing model. We demonstrate that their assumption possesses an internal inconsistency in that the square root of the stock price can take on negative values. We generalize and revise their assumption so that the internal inconsistency can be avoided, and introduce a new square root option pricing model. The difference in option prices calculated from the two models may not be trivial. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Jrl Fut Mark     

The Evolving Role of Government in China's Transitional Economy

This paper recounts the changing economic role of Chinese government, both at the central and local levels, in the reform process. The previously all-encompassing role of the central government has been greatly reduced, mandatory plans abolished, prices decontrolled, and administrative controls decentralised. Decentralisation has reoriented the interest of local governments towards reform and system innovation, fostered a climate for reform initiatives and spontaneous reform at local level, and induced competition among different localities that has again provided incentives for local governments to change, to adapt to changes, and to innovate. Decentralisation, however, has also led to dilemmas and problems, and created instability and uncertainty in China's macro-economic conditions and central-local relations.
