城市群竞合问题研究

近年来,我国城市群发展迅速,但竞合水平较低。从总体来看,我国城市群竞合主要存在竞合意识缺乏、竞争多于合作、形式大于实效、重硬件轻软件等问题。要提升我国城市群的竞合水平,必须加强竞合制度的建设,改善软环境及参与国际竞合,使竞争与合作相互促进,推动城市群经济健康发展。     

基于信用担保视角下中国中小企业融资机制研究

中小企业在中国国民经济中所发挥的作用越来越明显,越来越受到社会各方面的关注。社会资源稀缺使得中小企业发展遇到了困难,尤其是融资上的困难比较明显。中小企业融资难的问题已经引起国家和社会的关注。问题的出现,既有中小企业自身缺陷的原因,诸如内部控制制度尚未建立、风险意识不强等,也有来自中小企业以外的因素影响,如没有针对中小企业的专门金融服务机构、担保体系不完善等。采用信用担保方式为中小企业提供融资是目前切实可行的方法,以信用担保为核心建立中小企业融资机制是解决中小企业融资难问题的最好途径。     

初次分配效率与公平失衡的“连锁效应”分析

改革开放以来,我国国民收入初次分配呈现高效率,低公平运行状态。这是一种失衡状态,这种失衡将引致一系列连锁反应,对经济运行和社会发展产生不利后果。在初次分配领域之内,初次分配的高效率是一种以低公平为代价所取得的畸形效率,而初次分配低公平是效率提高的制约瓶颈;在初次分配领域之外,初次分配失衡导致再分配公平调节乏力,再分配不能解决初次分配中的低公平问题,从而使得社会整体的公平程度很低;最终对经济和社会发展造成不利影响,使得经济发展出现消费断层和内需不足,并使社会发展面临和谐危机和许多潜在风险。     

企业实施ERP的成功经验

面对日益激烈的竞争态势和国际化的潮流,中国的广大企业越来越多的把目光投向了ERP系统.但是,就这些年来看,不是所有企业都能够完全成功实施ERP,通过对已成功实施ERP企业的实施方法进行研究,为今后在ERP理论方面的研究奠定基础,提出更好的管理思想,为企业实施ERP提供可供借鉴的方法和途径.     

锅炉燃烧的优化运行

煤粉锅炉从理论上来说,无非就是控制好合理的煤粉细度;强化一二风的混合;保证燃烧区域足够高的温度;保证足够的燃烧时间;受热面的及时清洁;消除炉膛及制粉的漏风等等.锅炉燃烧调整是仁者见仁,智者见智,没有最好的方法,没有特定的参数,也没有一成不变的调节,不能为了一个参数的经济调整而失去更多的经济性,只有通过对锅炉各个系统的运行现状有足够的认识,对煤质足够的了解,再加上精心的调整,才能使燃烧的安全与经济性处于最佳的状态.

结合企业收入管理现状的分析,指出当前企业收入管理中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了相应的处理对策.     

Customer participation and citizenship behavioral influences on employee performance, satisfaction, commitment, and turnover intention

Despite increasing awareness of the importance of customer behaviors in service delivery, understanding consequences relating to employees receives little attention. Therefore, using data from a large electronic firm relating to customers, employees, and managers, this study examines the effects of customer participation and citizenship behavior on employee performance, satisfaction and commitment, as well as indirect effects on turnover intention. Furthermore, the study examines how similarity and likeability moderate the effects of customer participation and citizenship behavior on employee satisfaction. The study also includes a laboratory experiment and provides further support for causal direction. The article discusses marketing implications of the results.     

Value relevance of blog visibility

This study empirically examines the effect of a non-traditional information source, namely a firm's blog visibility on the capital market valuation of firms. After controlling for earnings, book value of equity and other value relevant variables, such as traditional media exposure, R&D spending, and advertising expense, we find a positive association between a firm's blog visibility and its capital market valuation. In addition, we find blog visibility Grange causes trading, not vice versa. Our findings indicate that non-traditional information sources such as blogs help disseminate information and influence consumers' investment decisions by capturing their attention.     

Effects of mentoring functions on receivers' organizational citizenship behavior in a Chinese context: A two-study investigation

This research examines the relationship between mentoring functions received by employees and their organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and the moderating effects of perceived quality relationships with mentoring function providers in China. Results of Study 1 from a sample of 385 supervisor-subordinate dyads reveal that role modeling received by protégés positively relates to their OCB, and perceived mentoring relationship quality moderates the association between career support received and protégés' OCB. Moreover, nonprotégés and protégés who receive high levels of overall mentoring functions perform more OCB than protégés who receive low levels of mentoring functions. Results of Study 2 from 258 supervisor-subordinate dyads show that role modeling received by subordinates positively relates to their OCB directed at individuals (OCBI) and at the organization (OCBO) while career support received positively relates to OCBO. Additionally, leader-member exchange moderates the linkages of role modeling with OCBI and OCBO.
