基于成本优化的制造业生产物流装配线排序问题分析

为了降低制造业的生产成本，提高收益，在分析生产物流配线闲置和超载成本的基础上，采用粒子群算法对其进行优化，并利用模糊自适应改进惯性权值，通过实证研究表明该方法实用，可操作性强，可以有效降低制造业生产物流成本，具有广泛的应用价值。     

Emerging bicycle tourism and the theory of planned behavior

In this study, we investigated the process of travelers’ decision formation for bicycle touring as a form of sustainable tourism activity. We extended the theory of planned behavior (TPB), using personal norm and past behavior as predictors and the attractiveness of unsustainable alternatives as a moderator. Results of the modeling comparison showed that our extended TPB model was superior to the original TPB in predicting intention. Our results from the structural analysis revealed that the hypothesized paths linking attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, personal norm, and intention were supported; and personal norm significantly mediated the impact of subjective norm on intention. Moreover, our proposition that bicycle travelers’ decision-making process would differ based on their level of the attractiveness of unsustainable alternatives was generally supported. Overall, our results help us clearly understand the role of volitional and non-volitional processes, personal norm, past behavior, and the attractiveness of unsustainable alternatives in explaining the intention formation of bike traveling.

A decision method for supplier selection in multi-service outsourcing

Although supplier selection in multi-service outsourcing is a very important decision problem, research concerning this issue is still relatively scarce. This paper proposes a decision method for selecting a pool of suppliers for the provision of different service process/product elements. It pioneers the use of collaborative utility between partner firms for supplier selection. A multi-objective model is built to select desired suppliers. This model is proved to be NP-hard, so we develop a multi-objective algorithm based on Tabu search for solving it. We then use an example to show the applicability of the proposed model and algorithm. Extensive computational experiments are also conducted to further test the performance of the proposed algorithm.

全球化的发展形势逼人,我们必须把握好机遇,做好准备,积极推进文化产业的国际化进程。从当前来看,首先要面对的是全球经济一体化以后,如何调整文化心态,文化产业如何迎接机遇与挑战。概括的说,这包括三个方面:第一,树立竞争意识和危机意识;第二,处理好民族特色与文化产业国际化的关系,发展壮大自己;第三,在文化产业的国际化进程中必须注意中国文化安全。     

Fueling the buyout machine: fundraising in private equity

This paper analyzes the impact of performance, investment-firm-related, and macroeconomic variables on fundraising activities in private equity (PE). We use a novel, backward-looking approach to link current to preceding funds, which allows for including several parallel predecessor funds in our analysis. We employ logit and tobit models to a global sample of 1463 fundraising events observed between 2000 and 2010 in order to estimate the probability of raising and the volume of follow-on funds. Our results show that the average buyout duration of past transactions has a negative impact, whereas exits via an initial public offering (IPO) and deals without industry-style drift positively affect fundraising activities. Larger, industry-diversified, and independent PE firms exhibit a higher likelihood of fundraising and collect larger amounts.     

Does contingent pay encourage positive employee attitudes and intensify work?

This article explores the relationships between three dimensions of contingent pay – performance‐related pay, profit‐related pay and employee share‐ownership – and positive employee attitudes (job satisfaction, employee commitment and trust in management). The article also examines a conflicting argument that contingent pay may intensify work, and this can detract from its positive impact on employee attitudes. Of the three contingent pay dimensions, only performance‐related pay had direct positive relationships with all three employee attitudes. Profit‐related pay and employee share‐ownership had a mix of negative and no significant direct relationships with employee attitudes, but profit‐related pay showed U‐shaped curvilinear relationships with all three employee attitudes. The results also indicated that performance‐related pay is associated with work intensification, and this offsets some of its positive impact on employee attitudes.     

红砂岩地区基坑开挖对周边建筑物的影响

本文通过对衢州地区的一个深基坑工程周边的学校食堂、宿舍的建筑物沉降的监测和分析,探讨了红砂岩基坑开挖对周边建筑物产生的影响。监测结果表明,基坑开挖会引起周边建筑物不同程度的沉降变形,且主要发生在基坑开挖前的打桩阶段和基坑开挖阶段。两栋建筑物的沉降累计值基本已超过20mm,且最大的沉降量已接近40mm,较大程度超过房屋沉降监测警戒值,说明开挖的施工方案有待于进一步优化,此结论对于红砂岩地区基坑工程施工具有重要的工程意义。     

稻作与创业:中国企业家精神南北差异的文化起源

中国的企业家精神呈现"南盛于北"的特征.基于2017年全国流动人口卫生计生动态监测调查和266个地级及以上城市数据,本文以1957年和1995年水稻播种面积占比衡量稻作方式,利用流行病学研究方法检验其对家庭创业选择和创业企业后续发展的影响.研究表明,水稻种植方式有利于推动家庭从事创业活动,但对企业雇员规模及其成长性的消极影响并不确定,其中的作用机制是,稻作有利于强化基于亲缘和地缘形成的熟人社会关系,为创业者提供物质资源、市场信息和情感支持,从而推动家庭开展创业活动.这意味着"大众创业、万众创新"政策落实过程中,应该考虑南北地域的差异性,实现地域文化与政策激励的良性耦合,同时应健全和完善法律法规等正式制度保障,推动创业企业向现代企业转型.     

关于生态建筑学在高层建筑设计中的运用探讨

为了降低高层建筑的能耗并减少其对环境造成的影响,生态建筑学的概念被提出,并逐渐被应用到高层建筑的设计当中。本文对生态建筑学在高层建筑中的运用进行了探讨,希望对建筑设计工作者们能够起到参考借鉴的作用。
