影响人民币实际汇率长期趋势的因素研究

本文对人民币实际汇率的长期变动趋势进行了实证研究。通过协整模型构建了实际汇率与劳动生产率、政府消费和贸易条件之间长期的均衡关系，并通过误差修正模型考察了实际汇率短期内的动态调整过程。结果表明，无论在短期还是长期，生产率的变动对人民币实际汇率的变动都起着最重要的作用，但是对实际汇率的变动方向与巴一萨效应预测的相反。这可能是因为中国的经济发展阶段不适用其假设，劳动力的无限供给、政府消费和贸易条件等其他因素亦影响着人民币实际汇率的变动趋势，说明即使是在长期内，巴一萨效应的假设也不能成立。政府能够通过财政支出来影响实际汇率短期波动和长期变动趋势，从而影响我国产品在国际上的价格竞争优势。     

货币政策对国债利率期限结构的影响分析

我国货币政策的实施会对国债利率期限结构产生显著的影响。但是，货币政策对短期、中期和长期即期利率所施加影响的效果是不同的，其对短期利率的影响要远远大于对中长期利率的影响，从而对国债利率期限结构的斜率也有显著的影响。

Planning Your Own Debt

We model the Danish market for mortgage backed securities with a two-factor interest rate model and use a stochastic programming approach to analyse how an individual home-owner should initially compose and subsequently readjust his mortgage in an optimal way. Results show that the 'rules of thumb' used by financial institutions are reasonable, although best suited for more aggressive mortgagors, for whom the delivery option is of some value. More risk-averse investors should also re-adjust frequently, but use more diversified portfolios. Results are insensitive to whether a one- or two-factor model is used, provided the former is suitably calibrated.     

Term Structures in the Office Rental Market in Stockholm

This paper contains an empirical study of the rental term structure in a property market that included a dramatic boom and bust cycle. The study is applied to office leases in commercial properties located in Stockholm CBD, Sweden. The time period under study is 1977–1991. The number of observations (lease contracts) that we were able to make full use of in the regression analyses is n=861. For seven out of fifteen years studied, a significant term structure was observed. The estimated hedonic rent equation was also used to construct an office rental index.     

Consistency conditions for affine term structure models

我国股份制商业银行薪酬激励有效性研究

我国股份制商业银行薪酬激励存在一些不足，原因在于薪酬激励的自身因素和薪酬环境因素两方面。自身因素主要包括忽视长期行为激励、缺乏同业竞争优势、轻视普通员工激励；环境因素主要有银行治理结构不完善、市场非充分有效、法规制度不健全等。本文通过对商业银行高管人员及普通员工的薪酬与业绩相关性进行实证检验，认为我国商业银行薪酬激励基本上是有效的，但是其有效性并不十分理想。据此，本文提出了提升我国商业银行薪酬激励有效性的具体建议：从微观层面看，优化薪酬激励机制：从中观层面看，强化商业银行治理结构；从宏观层面看，改善外部相关环境。     

论采油企业成本管理控制长效机制的建立

为了完成生产经营任务，采油企业内某些单位客观上还存在一些短期行为。从最终影响来看，采取短期行为，可能使得采油成本在短期内趋于下降，但会导致后期成本急剧上升，不利于企业的可持续发展。因此，需要运用法律、行政、制度、政策等多种手段，建立成本管理控制长效机制，以克服各种短期行为的发生，从而实现采油企业成本的长期效能。     

Cultural vs. operational market orientation and objective vs. subjective performance: Perspective of production and operations

The relationship between market orientation and organizational performance has been the focus of many studies for the last few years. The conclusions reported are very diverse and even contradictory. This ambiguity is reinforced to some extent by the high degree of methodological heterogeneity in the definition and measure of market orientation and organizational performance and the empirical formalization of the relationship between both concepts. This study tackles this question by comparing different methodological approaches. Three key aspects are considered: (1) cultural and operational approaches for measuring market orientation; (2) objective and subjective measures of performance; and (3) the source of information in the organization, specifically the perspective of production and operations. The results obtained from a sample of Spanish industrial firms show a stronger positive relationship for operational market orientation and subjective performance. Moreover, the adoption of ‘operational recipes’ of market orientation by the production and operations function seems to improve organizational performance regardless of the existence of any cultural support for market orientation.
