集团企业工作协同管理模型研究

集团企业逐渐成为我国经济发展的骨干和支柱[1]。如何解决好集团企业内部之间的协同管理问题已经成为集团生存发展的瓶颈问题[2]。本文对集团企业协同管理系统进行了深入地分析研究,对企业的发展具有一定的理论指导意义。     

火力发电厂中基于光纤传感技术的火灾报警系统设计

针对国内外电厂对缆式线型感温的设计要求,突出了线型感温探测的重要性。从光纤感温探测的原理开始,对整套系统进行了结构性研究。主要研究了系统结构、探测光缆、控制器等组件。结合拉曼散射原理,剖析温度变化引起探测光缆的吸收和反吸收效应;强调了光学感温探测系统的应用优势和安装条件等。最后结合实体项目,分析对比了传统感温电缆和光学感温探测系统在实际工程应用中的优缺点,并提出了优化方案,以提高火灾报警系统的工作效率。     

移动学习与高校实验课程整合研究

通过对当前高校教育形式和实验课程学习特点的分析，提出将移动设备引入到高校实验课程的教学过程中。移动学习方式的引入，可以更好地适应当前高等教育形式和改革需求。文中重点论述了移动学习与实验课程整合过程中的学习资源平台建设原则和移动学习活动设计的对话框架。在实践教学过程中，该方法的应用可以更好地提高课堂教学效率，有效地延展学...

上海人口郊区化与产业郊区化协同发展研究

上海市人口郊区化和产业郊区化发展的过程中,由于人口规划和城市基础设施建设、产业发展和城市之间缺少有效地协调机制,公共服务资源配置相对滞后,造成郊区新城人户分离、产城分离问题日益严重。通过对社会、经济、政策等相关因素的分析,鉴于郊区经济发展对人口的导入功能将进一步增强,郊区人口还将持续增加,从人口郊区化与产业郊区化协同发展的角度对产业发展、人才引进、公共资源配置等方面提出了建议。     

A LONGITUDINAL STUDY OF CHANGE IN THE ENGLISH NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE

This paper reports the findings of a longitudinal comparative case study of three National Health Service (NHS) hospital Trusts in England, investigating the perceptions of clinical, managerial and accounting professionals towards changing cost accounting and performance measurement practices. It incorporates both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and is based on a contextualist understanding of change management, utilising the content‐process‐context approach (Pettigrew and Lapsley, 1994) to investigate the influence of receptive versus non‐receptive contexts on change. The analysis reveals limited success in improving performance measurement practices (the content of change) in Trusts. Nevertheless the specific context within which change was operationalised was found to be very important, with central mangers playing a key role in influencing change. The process of change indicated slow shifts in clinical‐accountant‐managerial relations, partly driven by changes in financial flows within the organisations.

随着互联网技术的发展，直播模式成为电商经济新的增长点。在高速发展的同时，电商直播中的“翻车”事件也频频爆出。以电商直播背景下产品定价问题为研究对象，总结概括现有电商直播背景下产品定价的主要策略，深入剖析现有产品定价存在的问题以及产生的原因。最后从明确平台责任、加强行业自律、加大监管和处罚力度、提升消费者自我保护意识等方面提出对策建议。     

A Measurement Framework for Assessing the Contribution of Social Media to Public Engagement: An empirical analysis on Facebook

The public sector is increasingly turning to social media as a means to communicate and interact with citizens, but little is known about the contribution that these social technologies make to public engagement. This paper used a scoping literature review of studies examining social media in order to develop a framework that measures two Facebook features (popularity and commitment), which was then used to evaluate two different levels of public engagement (public communication and public participation). The framework was validated by applying it to the Facebook pages of several Italian city administrations, and a social media engagement matrix was proposed to interpret the findings.     

Destination competitiveness: what we know,what we know but shouldn't and what we don't know but should

Two decades after the seminal work of Crouch and Ritchie [(1999). Tourism, competitiveness, and societal prosperity. Journal of Business Research, 44(3), 137–152], which triggered an avalanche of research on the topic, there is an extensive and still-growing body of literature on destination competiveness. Research on competitiveness, in the context of tourism destinations and even in its parent field of economics, has been characterized by controversy and strong criticism. Given the complexity of the phenomenon, the multiplicity of perspectives taken on it and the current stage of knowledge, there is a clear need for a reflective audit that enables a careful consideration on the knowledge acquired with past research as well as a well-thought-out identification of the needs for future research. Only such meticulous process will ensure the progress of this field of enquiry. The wide-spread acknowledgement of the importance of competitiveness for a destination's long-term success in addition to the constant comments that it is still a topic not well understood, suggests that research on it still has a long future ahead. This article embraces this challenging task by documenting, examining and critically assessing the existing literature on three dimensions: definitions, theoretical models and measurement. In addition, existing gaps are identified and research propositions are presented to guide future research.

综合采用文献分析与深度访谈，提出了空中乘务专业认同四维度测量模型，它包括：专业教学、专业前景、专业意识及专业发展。开发并验证了用于测量空中乘务专业认同的量表。实证结果表明：开发的量表具有良好的信效度。对开展空中乘务专业认同优化管理提供参考依据。
