论新时期高校青年党外知识分子的政治引导

对青年党外知识分子加强政治引导,关系到高校的人才队伍建设和我国多党合作政治制度的基础性建设等重大问题,是高校统战工作的重中之重。新时期的高校青年一代党外知识分子具有鲜明的时代特点。加强对他们的政治引导,需要把握特点,准确应对;明晰重点,拓宽路径;改进办法,增强实效。     

高校贫困生资助工作的探讨——以某应用型本科院校二级学院为例

本文结合某学院贫困大学生资助管理工作的现状,对现有工作进行了简单介绍和总结。在对以往工作进行整理总结的同时就实际工作中遇到对贫困大学的心理辅导问题进行了一定的思考和应对方法的探讨。     

大学生成长路径的机理溯源和引导措施探究

大学生成长路径不同,大学生成长发展也就表现出不同的特点。高校思想政治教育应更多关注大学生成长路径。要努力追溯成长路径的理论机理渊源,高校对大学生成长路径应推出相应的实践引导措施,促进大学生对成长路径的自觉选择和良性形成。     

The Output Effect of a Transition to Price Stability When Velocity Is Time Varying

This paper explores the effect of time‐varying velocity on output responses to policies for reducing/stopping inflation. We study a dynamic general equilibrium model with sticky prices in which we introduce time‐varying velocity. Specifically, we endogenize time‐varying velocity into the model developed by Ireland (1997) for analyzing optimal disinflation. The nonlinear solution method reveals that, depending on velocity, the “disinflationary boom” found by Ball (1994) may disappear even under perfect credibility and that early output losses may be much larger than previously thought. Indeed, we find that a gradual disinflation from a low inflation may even be undesirable.     

大学生就业指导中的逆商教育探索

在大学生就业指导中加强逆商教育是当前高就业压力环境下高校维护大学生心理健康的必然选择，是高校顺应时代发展对人才素质变迁要求的必然举措。逆商教育的内容应包括正确的挫折观、自信心、归因理论、健康的思维方式等。在大学生就业指导中，教师可以通过案例讨论、情境模拟、挫折经历分析，心理暗示训练等方式来培养大学生的逆商。     

对高职院校职业指导工作开展的几点思考

职业指导教育的开展情况直接影响着高校毕业生的就业情况。因此,更新职业指导理念、改进职业指导方法、提高职业指导实效,促进学生顺利就业,是当前我国高校应该不断深入研究和探讨的课题。     

试论职业指导在当前促进职教师资毕业生就业工作中的作用和重要性

当前,高校毕业生就业形势异常严峻,再加上大学生对自我很难有一个全面客观的认识、个人与社会需求之间供需失衡脱节等诸多因素,造成了大量毕业生难以就业、人才过剩的社会现象。以职教师资本科生为例,阐述拓宽职业教育就业途径、开展职业指导对促进高校毕业生就业的作用和重要性。     

When Do Analysts Adjust for Biases in Management Guidance? Effects of Guidance Track Record and Analysts’ Incentives

Prior research indicates that analysts do not fully adjust for the general downward bias in earnings guidance issued by management. We report the results of two experiments designed to investigate how guidance track record and analysts’ incentives jointly explain the extent to which analysts adjust for guidance bias. Our results suggest that analysts with accuracy incentives adjust for management’s track record of downwardly biased guidance when the bias is relatively small (one cent), but those with relationship incentives do not. Furthermore, the difference in adjustment is larger when the bias track record is inconsistent than when it is consistent. Also, when guidance bias is larger (two cents) relative to smaller (one cent), analysts with relationship incentives partially adjust, as they appear to strike a balance between accuracy and their desire to please management. These findings hold implications for investors, regulators, and the interpretation of prior research.     

Co-creation with clients of hotel services: the moderating role of top management support

Hotels can strengthen their competitiveness by expanding their innovation process beyond the boundaries of the firm to exploit the valuable knowledge and skills of their customers. This study examines the effects of new service (NS) co-creation with customers in the hotel industry on NS performance, as well as the moderating role of top management support. The research also explores the main barriers faced by hotels to co-create service innovations. Partial least squares structural equation modelling results indicate that Customer co-creation exerts a direct impact on NS market outcomes and NS development (NSD) speed, which in turn favours NS quality. NS quality translates into better NS customer-related outcomes as well as in improved NS market outcomes. Top management support enhances the effect of Customer co-creation on the NSD speed. The main barrier to NS co-creation in hotels is to find customers interested in devoting time to this activity or with the appropriate knowledge and experience.     

Broadband speed and unemployment rates: Data and measurement issues

We examine the effects of broadband speed on county unemployment rates in the U.S. state of Tennessee. We merge the older National Broadband Map dataset and the newer FCC dataset in lengthening our broadband access data over the period 2011–2015. Extending the dataset improves the precision of the estimates. Our panel regressions control for potential selection bias and reverse causality and show that broadband speed matters: unemployment rates are about 0.26 percentage points lower in counties with high speeds compared to counties with low speeds. Ultra-high speed broadband also appears to reduce unemployment rates; however, we are unable to distinguish between the effects of high and ultra-high speed broadband. We document beneficial effects of the early adoption of high speed broadband on unemployment rates. Better quality broadband appears to have a disproportionately greater effect in rural areas.
