温泉度假村旅游服务质量评价实证研究——以河源御临门温泉度假村为例

以河源御临门温泉度假村为例,以温泉旅游服务质量评价问卷为基础,对影响温泉旅游服务质量的20个因素进行了分析,探讨游客对温泉度假村整体旅游服务质量的总体评价。建议度假村从"原生态"温泉文化、温泉旅游解说系统的建设、特色客家温泉饮食文化、员工培训等四个方面进行完善与提高,提升服务满意度。     

Venture capital funds and the public equity market

This paper considers the relationship between the public equity market and the returns to venture investing using a dataset which is derived from the records of two large limited partners who have been investing in venture capital for almost 30 years. Evidence is found to suggest that market conditions over the investment cycle, and exit conditions at the time of exit in particular, are an important determinant. This paper also investigates whether any other aspects of the venture investment process respond to events in the broader market. While general trends are evident in the venture investment cycle, only the intensity of the investment process is found to respond to events in the public equity market.     

Economic corollaries of personalized recommendations

The impact of recommendation systems (RSs) on the diversity of consumption is not transparent or well understood. Available studies, whether experimental or theoretical, show inconsistent and even opposite results, which manifests as debate in the literature. In this paper, we investigate the impact of two main recommender systems, neural collaborative filtering and deep content filtering, on sales diversity via a randomized field experiment. Our results confirm the capability of recommender engines in increasing or decreasing aggregate sales diversity. Nonetheless, they amplify homogenization and reduce individual-level consumption diversity. In conclusion, our research reconciles seemingly contradict previous findings and illustrates that the design of the RS is the decisive factor in homogenizing or diversifying product sales.

本文阐述了利用系列角锥喇叭建立１ＧＨｚ以上微波暗室标准电场强度的原理和方法。导出了角锥喇叭近场增益的简化公式。简述了２０８０天线测试系统及三天线法测量技术，且对测量误差进行了分析。理论和实验结果表明，建立标准电场强度的误差≤０．５ｄＢ。     

投资者关注与IPO异象——来自网络搜索量的经验证据

利用谷歌趋势提供的搜索量数据,本文构建了一个投资者关注的直接衡量指标,在此基础上,运用行为金融学里投资者关注的理论,系统解释了IPO市场存在的三种异象。与文献中常见的其他解释变量相比,本文发现IPO前个股网络搜索量对于市场热销程度、首日超额收益和长期表现有更好的解释力和预测力,它可以解释首日超额收益的23%,长期累积收益率的10%以上,结果均十分显著。研究结果表明,投资者关注对资产价格有直接的影响,2009年的新股发行体制改革对首日超额收益的降低起到了明显作用。     

央行加息对我国经济运行的影响

金融危机后的我国经济,通货膨胀的趋势日益增强。为了控制这种局面,我国央行从去年10月份开始采取加息的金融政策和手段,来直接影响到膨胀带来的CPI的不良上涨的局势。从经济发展的角度来看,利用加息的手段是不得已为为之的措施。本文通过对我国今年3次加息政策实施,以及对我国资本市场的变化以及对房地产和股市的影响等几方面展开论述,分析了加息手段应用的现实效应和利弊,在对目前即将开展的进一步加息政策提出自己的观点。     

How do Agricultural Programmes Alter Crop Production? Evidence from Ecuador

Evaluating agricultural programmes requires considering not only the programmes’ influence on input and output indicators, but also considering the relationship between these indicators as embodied in the production technology. This article examines the impact on production of an intervention in the Ecuadorian Sierra designed to improve returns to potato production through training and through linking smallholders to high‐value markets. Critical to identifying the impact of the programme is the careful construction of a counterfactual and meticulous data collection. To assess the impact of the programme on production, a weighted estimation, where weights are constructed through propensity score matching, is employed to estimate a production function within a damage abatement framework. The function incorporates a series of interaction terms to assess the impact of the programme on the production technology. The findings provide evidence that the programme enhances yields both through a general shift in technology as well as increased input use. The results suggest that the use of effective farming techniques that are learned through the programme induce this technological shift.     

我国环境领域技术处于怎样的水平

针对我国环境科技发展现状与重大需求，结合理论梳理，构建了技术评价理论解释模型。在此基础上，采取专家调查方式，重点与美国、日本、德国等主要发达国家进行对比，对环境领域9个子领域技术发展趋势、技术水平和发展阶段进行了评价。结果表明，我国环境领域与国际先进水平的差距正在逐渐缩小，虽有部分技术领先，但大部分还处于跟踪前沿状态，而且原创性技术较少、产业化程度较低，环境科技支撑国家生态文明建设和持续和谐发展任重而道远。     

How the enterprise risk management function influences decision-making in the organization – A field study of a large,global oil and gas company

Risk management has been a discipline for decades. However, organizations have only recently begun to introduce a separate enterprise risk management (ERM) function. The aim of this study is to examine the transformation of the ERM function's influence in a company over time. We use a historical case study informed by social theory on how to influence others to investigate this phenomenon. The findings show that the construction of risk technologies over time triggers a change in the ERM function's influence on decision-making. Two processes of influence are used by the ERM function: selling new ideas and managing knowledge across boundaries. In the first process, the ERM function attempts to vertically influence top management's decisions regarding acceptance of new risk management technologies. In the second process, the ERM function attempts to horizontally influence decision makers to use risk knowledge in decision processes. Theoretically, our findings contribute to our understanding of how the ERM function influences decision-making in organizations over time.     

我国农产品价格与热钱的实证研究

自2005年中国汇率形成机制改革以来,热钱流入中国的话题就开始趋热。在2006年末,世界农产品价格大幅上涨,围绕粮食、食品的国内外投资和交易成为新的经济热点。鉴于最近中国农产品价格发生了强烈波动的事实和农产品市场的重要性,本文通过对热钱规模和农产品价格指数的月度数据进行实证分析,得出热钱与农产品价格存在均衡关系,是农产品价格变化的Granger原因。
