浅谈风险管理视角下国有企业绩效评价体系的完善

分析评估作为风险管理的一个重要组成部分,对于企业的风险管理有着重要的作用,本文在风险管理的视角下,对于国有企业绩效评价体系的完善问题做了一定的分析。     

两种方法比较治疗96例多囊卵巢综合症

目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合症治疗方法及疗效。方法:接受治疗的96例多囊卵巢综合症患者随机分为两组:治疗组50例应用中西医结合方法治疗;对照组46例应用西药疗法治疗。结果:采用李美芝的《多囊卵巢综合征的诊断与治疗》疗效评定方法评定:治疗组优31例,良15例,有效率81.20%;对照组优19例,良16例,优良率76.08%。结论:治疗组与对照组有效率比较P=0.0319<0.05有统计学意义,中西医结合疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合症的优良率高于对照组单纯西药疗法。     

浅析公示语英译准确化的示范效应——以西安世园会为例

西安世界园艺博览会于2011年4月在浐灞生态区开幕,参展国来自世界多个国家和地区,本次世园会不仅是一届跨越经济、文化、科技等领域的多元化、综合性、世界级的博览盛会,更是向世界展示古城西安的重要机遇,为促进本次盛会的有序发展,加强西安与其他地区乃至世界的交流,世园会内的公示语英译是一个重要途径。     

我国经济增长对二氧化碳排放影响的实证分析——基于一般均衡模型的分解方法

文章基于动态的一般均衡模型分析框架，利用中国1997--2040年的宏观经济数据和CO2排量数据，试图回答以下两个问题：第一，中国未来三十年的经济增长对CO2污染排量会有怎样的影响？第二，如何制定合理的政策实现中国政府承诺的CO2减排量？研究结论表明，如果实行正确的控污措施，在未来的30年里中国经济增长将不会造成CO2排量大量增加。通过对CO2排放量进行Divisia分解所得的结构效应和技术效应显示，污染排放量的有效控制可以通过重点减排活动、发展清洁燃料产品以及改进其使用技术得以实现。     

国家发展战略对城乡居民收入差距的影响研究——以西部大开发为例

通过对不同时期城乡居民收入差异系数的对比分析,发现国家发展战略(这里以西部大开发为例)对城乡居民收入差距的缩小有积极影响——尽管对城乡居民收入差异系数绝对值的影响甚微,该战略实施后该系数的增长率明显低于全国平均水平和东部地区的增长率。     

我国央行公开市场操作策略与流动性效应

本文检验了不同操作策略下中国央行公开市场操作流动性效应。通过构建并计算央行公开市场操作指标值，根据取值区间将公开市场操作定义为五种操作策略。本文采用2006年10月至2012年3月的数据，估算了每月超额准备金，并计算出实际的公开市场操作指标值，利用排序自回归法证实了央行公开市场操作对利率有非线性影响，进一步建立非线性多阈值自回归模型，研究了不同操作策略的公开市场操作对3个月短期市场利率的影响。实证结果表明央行公开市场操作可分为四种策略，主要表现为防御性功能，但不存在周流动性效应。     

Inter-industry Technology Spillover Effects in China： Evidence from 35 Industrial Sectors

The present paper calculates 35 industrial sectors’ similarity matrices for the period of 1997-2008 using China’s input-output tables for 1997,2002 and 2007,and uses these to measure inter-industry technology spillover to analyze the spillover effects on industrial sectors’ labor productivity.The empirical analysis shows that inter-industry technology spillover has a significant positive effect on the labor productivity of each industry.The elasticity of productivity effects of inter-industry technology spillover is not only larger than that of direct R&D input,but also increases over time.We group the industries into four major categories and find that the inter-industry technology spillover effect within the categories is,on average,greater than that between the four categories,indicating that technology spillover occurs more easily between similar industries.This research shows that the interindustry technology spillover effect in China has begun to increase,and the government should take advantage of this effect.     

环境税“双赢”效应及其对我国税制改革的启示——一个基于OECD国家视角的研究

环境问题在西方发达国家上百年工业化过程中分阶段出现过,而目前在我国则集中出现,我国已进入污染事故多发期和矛盾凸显期.国外环境税的征收情况、环境税在经济合作与发展组织中的“双赢”效应,对我国环境税的设计都具有一定的借鉴作用.     

The entrepreneurial imagination and the impact of context on the development of a new venture

This paper sets out to explore the impact of a new venture's context on its development. The study consists of a single case study based on a new venture attempting to exploit an opportunity in the life sciences and charts the impact that the context, in particular actors that the venture are trying to gain resources from, have upon the plans, activities and resources developed by this nascent firm. Spanning the time period of 1999-2006, this case outlines four periods of development of the venture. This accounts for the initial plans of the venture, their struggle to gain venture financing, the development of the venture's technological resources and the attempts to create commercial relationships. The study shows the impact that institutions used in a context have on this venture leading to, among other things, the discovery of IP, finding a CEO and developing a product line.

以来宾市为例，说明金融危机给广西地方经济带来了诸多负面影响：GDP增长速度降低；工业经济效益大幅下降；产品库存增加；企业资金困难；农业效益降低；就业形势严峻等等。最后，提出了相关对策建议。
