在中国古典园林声景研究中,众多学者更侧重于对江南园林的探究,而对皇家园林声景的分析则相对较少。避暑山庄作为皇家园林之典范,其丰富的人文资源与自然资源,值得人们探讨与研究。以声景理论为基础,相关文献资料为依据,从声源的角度,分析避暑山庄声景的营造,发现其具有多样性和多元化的特点。并根据其声景现状,提出保护与修复建议,以为避暑山庄声景修缮与现代园林声景营造提供参考。  相似文献

作为最后贷款人的中央银行,在当今全球化的背景下面临什么新问题、怎样解决呢?本文首先对全球化在金融领域的宏观表现进行观察,并进而总结了金融机构微观层面的变化;然后具体分析了封闭和开放经济中中央银行最后贷款人职能的理论基础。接下来,本文结合此次金融危机探讨了中央银行实现该功能的途径。此时,由于流动性短缺可能是源于外币资金的短缺,中央银行救助时就必须考虑可能引起的本币贬值、外汇储备流失等问题,增加了实现救助的难度和限制条件。另外,文章还从制度基础、救助时所具有的优势、现实困难和障碍等方面对IMF进行了讨论。  相似文献

近期有学者著文提出避暑山庄整体山水格局及部分 景点存在写仿杭州西湖的可能。针对这一说法,对相关文献重 新进行考证和分析,认为相关证据并不充分,避暑山庄在造园 过程可能受到西湖风景一定的影响,但二者的自然条件和景观 面貌存在较大差异,没有直接的对应模拟关系,不属于严格意 义上的写仿性质。清代帝王在诗文中经常以西湖为参照对象来 品赏山庄风景,但从未明确说明有直接模仿的意图。避暑山庄 湖泊的轮廓远比西湖复杂,水上堤径的走向、岛屿的形态也与 西湖不同,永佑寺塔的兴建与杭州六和塔并无关联。  相似文献

Summary

The paper gives a background on viticulture and wine making in South Africa before outlining post-apartheid developments in the supply and demand side of the wine industry. Against a sketch of recent tourism patterns in the Western Cape Province and especially the Winelands the linkage between wine and tourism is investigated by a closer look to the South African wine capital Stellenbosch and the Stellenbosch Wine Route. A new trend in wine tourism is highlighted by a case study of the hybrid wine and tourism developments at Spier Resort.  相似文献

A number of researchers have postulated that tourism between nations that have been divided or remain hostile to each other may be a means of reducing tension and promoting peace. The Korean Peninsula has remained divided since the Korean War and tensions between the North and South remain high. In the first tangible attempt to develop meaningful relations between the North and South outside of the UN structure, the Hyundai Corporation of South Korea was given permission to build and operate a resort destination at Mt. Gumgang in North Korea. The project has not been well supported by South Korean tourists and has required significant financial assistance from the South Korean Government. The paper examines the background of the project, the issues that were the primary cause for low demand and the role of the project as a vehicle for promoting peace. The paper finds that while tourism may be a method of reducing political tension as suggested by Butler and Mao (Asia Pacific J. Tourism Res. 1(1) (1996) 25) and Yu (Asia Pacific J. Tourism Res. 2(1) (1997) 19), it may also have a darker side and inadvertently become a vehicle for inhibiting peace. Further the paper suggests that in the case of Mt. Gumgang, tourism is the consequence of a political process aimed at rapprochement, not the genesis of the process.  相似文献

Part of the seasonal employee retention problem stems from a lack of understanding of diversified seasonal employees. The overall job satisfaction of seasonal workers and the attitudes toward co-workers and the workplace need to be studied to identify factors that would help employers in retaining a full workforce. Job satisfaction, the workers' perceptions, and expectations of social and physical working environments were identified. Seasonal workers perceive different social and moral values, and management might affect seasonal worker job satisfaction. Such differences may help in explaining the relationship between social value and job satisfaction relationship in summer destination resorts.  相似文献

2007年8月,英国北岩银行发生了自维多利亚时代以来的英国银行业首次零售存款挤兑事件。本文介绍了英国对北岩银行的救助,认为从中暴露出英国当前财政部、英格兰银行与金融服务局的三方协定存在缺陷、银行破产清偿机制不健全和存款保险机制安排不合理等问题,指出应当从中汲取的教训,并结合我国实际提出了完善监管合作机制、建立问题银行风险预警机制和早期纠错机制、建立存款保险制度来完善我国问题银行救助机制的相关建议。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Mystery shopping is a common mode of improving customer service in retail and hospitality businesses, but researchers rarely utilize the methodology in academia. In these business entities, high-level quality standards are paramount to customer satisfaction, and mystery shopper reports have been found to be indicative of an organization’s service quality. This study employed a mixed-method approach, utilizing qualitative and quantitative procedures to examine a mystery shop program from within a resort hotel in the Southeastern US. The researchers used seven service principles which were established by the resort hotel. Mystery shoppers surveyed this specific service culture for a span of 13-months. The results suggested that managers need to re-examine service principles to ensure consistent employee performance and guest experiences.  相似文献

There is a widespread presumption that the development of tourism resorts brings direct and indirect benefits to the area where they are located. There has been extensive critical discussion about the magnitude and distribution of these benefits. This paper adds to knowledge of these benefits by investigating the causes of under-utilisation of tourist resort capacity, typified by the problem of “empty beds”. Many owners of holiday homes in tourist resorts choose not to rent out their property when they are not making personal use of it, thereby reducing income earning potential of businesses in the area. This paper reports on a qualitative and quantitative study of holiday home owners at a ski resort in France. While personal use of properties was low, 40% of owners had never rented out their property. Analysis of the data converged on four emergent themes to explain this apparent reluctance to rent out: fears about the social habits of renters; issues of freedom and flexibility in use of their property; life course changes which forced renting/non-renting decisions; and financial issues. Financial issues were not a driver of investment/rental decisions, but derived from other social and lifestyle factors. The paper makes suggestions about how resort management can help to reduce owners' reluctance to rent, and thereby alleviate problems associated with empty beds.  相似文献
