自1999年研究生大规模扩招以来,毕业生数量激增,研究生“天之骄子”的地位不复存在,如何有效面对就业形势,转变就业观念,提高就业策略是本文探讨的主要内容。     

中国省域全面发展竞争力评价研究

文章在简要文献回顾基础上,提出了经济发展、环境发展、社会发展三位一体的全面发展竞争力概念与模型.通过指标体系及权重的设计,以全国31个省城为对象进行了比较评价与分析.     

浅析我国服务业的库存问题及应对策略

服务业在整个经济中的地位是衡量一国经济结构合理程度、国际竞争力强弱、经济社会发展协调水平等的重要评判指标之一。与中国经济快速持续发展相比,服务业发展落后的短腿现象却日益突出,而服务业的库存管理问题更是落后。     

Benefits and barriers of telework: perception differences of human resources managers according to company's operations strategy

Telework as an integration of Information and Telecommunication Technologies with Human Resources management, means a new job organisation paradigm for companies working in the New Economy. However there are very few empirical studies that have analysed the perception differences of telework benefits and barriers in industrial and service companies. This paper contributes with empirical data to the relationship between the use of telework techniques and the implementation of this new work organisation with the company's operations strategy. The paper uses data from Spanish companies to test the relationship between innovation, employee training, and other production strategy performance parameters with the feasibility of telework adoption.     

Political Measures for Strategic Environmental Policy with External Effects

This paper investigates an environmental policy designed to reduce the emission of pollutants under uncertainty, with the agent problem as an optimal stopping problem. We first analyze the two cases in which there are one agent and two competing agents by following Ohyama and Tsujimura (2005). When we consider a model of strategic agents, we need to analyze the external economic effect that is peculiar to an agent’s environmental policy implementation. Then, to improve and resolve these external effects, we examine three alternative political measures, comprising an environmental subsidy, an environmental tax and an emission trading system. The results of the analysis indicate that the environmental subsidy and environmental tax promote environmental policy. However, they do not create an incentive to be the leader. On the other hand, an emissions trading system not only promotes environmental policy but also creates an incentive for leadership.This paper was previously circulated under the title “Political Measures for Strategic Environmental Policy with Induced Effects”. 江苏省耕地保护区划研究

文章以江苏省58个县级行政区为区划单元,应用主成分析法得出影响耕地保护的4个主成分,在此基础上应用聚类分析法初步得出耕地保护区,再结合定性分析最后确定六大耕地保护区。从区划结果看,与江苏省综合农业区划相一致,与客观实际能很好地吻合,说明应用综合数值分析模型研究耕地保护区划是成功的。最后,对得出的六大耕地保护区进行了简要的分析,为有计划分区制定耕地保护政策、措施提供了理论基础。     

用全覆盖的区域政策构建大协调的发展新格局

自促进中部地区崛起的战略提出以后，我国已形成了全面覆盖的区域政策体系。本文对我国4大区域战略进行了详细阐述，勾画了东西南北中大协调、共发展的崭新格局；并对各省级区域内部的协调发展进行了初步研究。     

湖南省休闲农业发展战略研究

湖南具有丰富的乡村景观资源,较为优越的区位交通条件。该文在调查的基础上,分析了湖南休闲农业的现状,找出了湖南休闲农业存在的问题,提出了湖南休闲农业发展目标及战略重点:长株潭经济发展区重点发展以农业科技主题园和参与、体验性强的休闲景观群,结合农业产业带,发展特色休闲农业;湘中南区重点发展丘陵生态观光农业、风景区观光农业和农耕文化休闲农业;环洞庭湖区重点发展水乡特色的农渔风光等特色体验休闲农业,建设观光、保护等于一体的湿地休闲基地;湘西山区大力发展森林生态休闲,大力发展和挖掘民俗风情,体验民俗文化。     

Bank Monitoring and Environmental Risk

Abstract:  Loan announcement effects for 152 Canadian companies are examined to investigate the efficiency of monitoring by banks facing lender environmental liability. Market reaction to the announcement of bank debt to 'environmental' firms is more positive and significant than for 'non-environmental' firms and, for firms in industries with a higher likelihood of experiencing spill events, is more positive and significant, reinforcing earlier results that establish a relationship between specific loan/borrower characteristics and announcement period excess returns and providing further evidence on the 'uniqueness' of bank loans by demonstrating the superior ability of banks to monitor corporate borrowers exposed to environmental liability.
