财政政策之所以存在传导机制是由于财政政策手段与政策目标往往处于不同的经济领域。不同的政策目标与政策手段存在不同的领域间隔,从而具有不同的传导机制。财政政策传导机制理论说明,财政政策的运用必须加强与货币政策的协调配合,必须以完善的市场机制和企业制度为基础。     

某盾构区间风险工程设计分析

本文对上涌公园站~大塘站盾构区间的风险工程进行了设计分析,阐述了风险工程的主要设计原则,提出了对应具体风险的针对性措施。同时本文着重对下穿地铁3号线大塘站的风险工程进行了方案的比选分析及数值模拟,并提出了盾构施工的监测方案以监控施工影响、指导施工。     

Some Parametric Non-compact KKM Theorems with Applications to Economic Equilibrium Problem in Topological Spaces without Linear Structure

This paper establishes some parametric non-compact KKM theorems for set-valued mappings in generalized interval spaces, more general topological spaces without linear structure. As applications, it utilizes the results to study the minimax problem and the equilibrium problem for generalized economy.     

旅行费用区间分析法与分区旅行费用法的比较及应用

我国很少有研究注重旅行费用法(Travel Cost Method,TCM)本身的改进,只有李巍和李文军提出了旅行费用区间分析法(Travel Cost Interval Analysis,TCIA),但其合理性有待进一步探讨.因此,本文从积分的角度对TCIA与传统的分区旅行费用法(ZTCM)的数学本质进行了详细的对比分析.结果表明,TCIA体现了勒贝格(Lebesgue)积分的基本思想,与传统的反映黎曼(Riemann)积分思想的ZTCM相比具有一定的优越性;但如何突破样本空间的局限,是TCIA值得改进的一个方向.另外,本文还运用TCIA评估了武汉东湖风景区的游憩价值.     

The Accuracy of Density Forecasts from Foreign Exchange Options

Financial decision makers often consider the information incurrency option valuations when making assessments about futureexchange rates. The purpose of this article is to systematicallyassess the quality of option-based volatility and density forecasts.We use a unique dataset consisting of more than 10 years ofdaily data on over-the-counter (OTC) currency option prices.We find that the OTC implied volatilities provide largely unbiasedand fairly accurate forecasts of one-month- and three-month-aheadrealized volatility. Furthermore, we find that the one-monthoption implied density forecasts are well calibrated for thecenter of the distribution, but we find evidence of misspecificationin the tail density forecasts.     

Complete Neyman measurement procedure

Traditional estimation theory generally starts from point estimators, and based on them confidence regions with given confidence level are constructed. However, this approach works only in some special cases and, even more severe, it is based on the unrealistic but mathematical necessary assumption of a generally unbounded parameter space.  The procedures derived in this paper, start from a bounded measurement range which contains the potential values of the parameter of interest. For given measurement range and given reliability requirement measurement procedures including a point estimator are developed. The result are complete measurement procedures for distribution parameters. Most precise procedures are derived and called complete Neyman measurement procedures.     

计算机库存控制系统的开发与应用

以库存控制论、决定支持系统理论为基础，对计算机库存控制系统的分析与设计作了深入的分析研究，提出了企业借助计算机技术实现科学控制库存的实用方法。     

缩短烘梗丝机的空运转时间

为解决烘梗丝机在预热时间和叶组间隔时间内不能停机而导致空运转的问题,对该设备的自动控制系统进行研究和改进,将该设备的控制与前端设备喷射管式加温加湿机的预热控制分开,增加了叶组间启停控制,并在操作面板上设置相应操作按钮。实际运行表明,在保证工艺要求且不影响其它设备正常运转的前提下,烘梗丝机预热时间减少约20分钟,且在叶组间隔时可进行停机,使该设备的空运转时间由原来50.1分钟/天降到5.9分钟,降低了能源消耗。
