我国当前运动心理咨询中存在的问题探析

从上个世纪八十年代开始，我国开始关注运动员的心理状态，从1986年的我国第六届全运会第一次设立心理咨询机构，到2007年我国第一批运动心理咨询专家获得认证。我国运动心理咨询领域在这二十几年中得到了一定的发展。但是，相较于国外成熟完善的运动心理咨询体系，我国现有的运动心理咨询还存在一些不足。本文作者通过分析我国目前运动心理咨询中存在的问题，旨在促进我国运动心理咨询的发展，进而更好地提高我国运动员的心理素质，为运动员们在世界性范围内的体育比赛中取得优异成绩做好充足准备。     

Electronic Marketing Communications: An Evolving Environment,but Similar Story Regarding the Perception of Unsolicited Commercial E-Mail and Postal Direct Mail

The internet is still a relatively new mass communication tool for advertisers and marketers. When weighing the potential benefits of electronic techniques against the financial investment, spam seems particularly attractive to marketers for either for-profit or non-profit objectives. Since it is unlikely that marketers will decrease their efforts related to spam and postal direct mail as a form of communicating to mass consumers, it is important to track consumer attitudes so that audiences are not subjected to the backlash predicted by psychological reactance. The results of this study found that spam is more irritating than postal direct mail at both T₁ (2004) and T₂ (2006), and participants in T₂ found both direct marketing communication methods more intrusive than those in T₁.     

Relationship between positive psychological capital and creative performance

Despite considerable attention to the creative process and its relationship with personal characteristics, there is no published study focused directly on the relationship between the recently recognized core construct of psychological capital (PsyCap) and creative performance. Drawing from a large (N = 899) and heterogeneous sample of working adults, this study investigates PsyCap and its components (i.e., efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience) as predictors of creative performance. Overall PsyCap predicted creative performance over and above each of the four PsyCap components. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are considered. Copyright © 2010 ASAC. 关于大学生学生干部心理素质的思考——基于积极心理学视角

高校学生干部的心理素质状况是我们不容忽视的问题。本文在深入研讨心理素质内涵的基础上,提出高校学生干部心理素质主要存在自我认识容易发生偏差、心理承受能力较弱、人际交往矛盾重重、情绪起伏大不易排解等问题,并在此基础上,进一步提出高校学生干部心理素质的自我培养途径。     

高校贫困生资助工作的探讨——以某应用型本科院校二级学院为例

本文结合某学院贫困大学生资助管理工作的现状,对现有工作进行了简单介绍和总结。在对以往工作进行整理总结的同时就实际工作中遇到对贫困大学的心理辅导问题进行了一定的思考和应对方法的探讨。     

大学生与从业人员心理素质模型比较调查及有效训练模式--以市场营销专业为例

为了避免大学毕业生由于职业压力过大而放弃专业学习或无法发挥最佳职业水平的问题，对受试市场营销专业在校生进行了分组对照研究，使用SPSS17.0软件对陈湘赟的专题调查问卷数据进行T检验分析，发现在校生与从业人员心理素质存在4个方面显著性差异。针对调查结果，提出了“教、学、做合一”的强化训练及对比分析方法，最终形成考核体系。     

Psychological Capital: Impacts on Asset Management

Drawing together the areas of behavioral finance and positive psychology, the present research sought to investigate whether the psychological capital of investment fund managers is associated with fund performance in a context of financial instability. The theoretical propositions were presented and evaluated empirically through primary data on investment fund manager profiles and secondary data on the cumulative stock fund returns. The results indicate that funds managed by managers with greater resilience and optimism obtained a higher return than the mean profitability in a period of market instability.
