This study explores the attitudes of residents of Iran's Anzali wetland toward tourism development. The investigators examine how these attitudes are mitigated by three different socio-demographic variables; family size, length of residency, and distance from tourist zone. This study assumes that the development process is affected by residents and that their attitudes are predictive of the success or failure of a tourism development. Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis is used to test both the research model and the hypotheses. The results reveal a positive and direct relationship between the perceived impact of development and residents' attitudes toward tourism development in the Anzali wetland.  相似文献

The technology of paying at the point-of-sale with a smartphone is available, but has not yet been accepted by consumers or retailers in North America. Retailers are reluctant to invest in the technology to upgrade their store equipment until there is a wider acceptance by the consumer. The research model in this study is based on the Technology Acceptance Model, which posits that consumers will accept the mobile wallet when they perceive usefulness. They discover features through informal learning and are concerned about trust. The model is extended with these constructs and empirically tested with a sample of Canadian consumers. The results, which show that perceived usefulness is a key influencing factor and that informal learning is mediated by trust, are of value to researchers and practitioners.  相似文献

近年来,湖南省城市发展迅速,建设用地不断扩张,了解建设用地变化特点,掌握其变化的主要驱动力对于合理规划建设用地、控制非理性扩张、更科学的促进城市发展具有指导意义。为研究湖南省建设用地扩张的驱动力,先分析了建设用地的动态变化,并以湖南省1996—2011年的经济社会时序数据为基础,定量化的筛选驱动力指标,并利用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立驱动力模型,结果表明:湖南省建设用地扩张较快;产业结构调整、经济因素中的交通因素、城镇化和城镇人口在所有驱动力因子中对建设用地影响较为明显,将对政策类驱动力加入模型,并提出湖南省建设用地发展应合理制定土地利用规划,促进产业结构调整,完善土地管理制度。  相似文献

建立了近红外光谱法测定助剂(非表面活性剂)生产过程样品羟值的测定方法。用Antaris傅立叶近红外光谱仪及RESULT软件,采集助剂过程样品的近红外光谱图,建立了羟值测定定量数学模型,结果表明:近红外光谱法计算值与传统化学分析法测得的结果之间具有良好的线性关系,相关系数达到0.990 9、校正均方差为0.173,羟值的近红外计算值与化学分析值之间的差值不大于0.30 mg/g(以KOH计)。该方法测定结果准确可靠,具有重复性好、操作简单,无人为影响因素,无需样品预处理、分析时间只需2 min等优点。  相似文献

This paper explores the impact of some behaviors of strategic account managers on the relational outcomes of the relationships they are in charge of. Based on a review of literature on personal selling and strategic account management, we contribute to a greater understanding of the role of specific strategic account managers' behaviors in fostering synergistic solutions, role performance and customer trust. Results of the empirical study clearly show that the use of customer orientation has a strong influence on customer trust by increasing strategic account managers' role performance and stimulating synergistic solutions. Conversely, a selling orientation negatively affects synergistic solutions, thus decreasing customer trust. Finally, team selling has a positive impact on the attainment of synergistic solutions, thereby fostering customer trust. Based on these findings, managerial and research implications are discussed.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The authors explore how distance and the communication climate perceived by exporters influence export performance both directly and as mediated by relationship quality. The ready-made garments industry in Bangladesh yielded 185 responses. A mediation model was tested using structural equation modeling, applying partial least squares techniques. The results show that distance is negatively related to communication climate and relationship quality; relationship quality mediates the distance–export performance relationship, whereas communication climate is positively associated with relationship quality and export performance, and a full mediating role of relationship quality is found in the communication climate–export performance relationship. A strong positive relationship between relationship quality and export performance is also identified. The managerial implication of the study includes that with better relationship strength, it is possible to neutralize the negative impact of distance on export performance. The implications and limitations are also discussed.  相似文献

缺乏一套真正适合房地产品牌竞争力的科学的测评体系与方法,是众多房地产品牌竞争力不强的重要原因之一.由于房地产品牌竞争力的影响因素繁多,且各因素间存在严重的多重相关性,AHP法、模糊综合评价法、最小二乘法等都不能适用于该情况的测量,因此,文章引入PLS回归法来分析评价房地产的品牌竞争力,有效的规避了上述问题.  相似文献

根据1990—2007年的石油消费统计数据,利用偏最小二乘回归法(partial least-squares regression,PLS)建立了我国石油消费需求PLS回归预测模型。研究结果表明所建立的模型预测精度较高,能够满足实际需求,为我国制定石油生产、进口和储备计划、合理安排相关行业生产计划和调整产业结构提供重要决策依据。  相似文献

The globalizations of capital markets in the last 20 years has led to a historic degree of financial integration in the world. It is clear, however, that globalization is not conducive to a complete homogeneity of financial markets and institutions. Among others, one element of diversity is the importance of the impact of corruption in emerging countries. Corruption decreases the credibility of financial institutions and markets. Scandals and unethical behavior in financial institutions erode confidence in such firms. Relying on neoinstitutional literature, this article focuses on the link between corruption and organizational isomorphism in financial institutions in emerging countries. Therefore, our aim is to examine the institutional reasons for corruption in financial institutions in emerging countries. Our structural equation model is based on empirical research in financial institutions in emerging countries. A questionnaire was administrated to 70 top executives of financial institutions in 18 different emerging countries.  相似文献

This article investigates the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and absorptive capacity on family firm performance. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS‐SEM) was used to analyze empirical data for 218 Spanish family firms. Absorptive capacity positively mediated the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and family firm performance. This total mediation effect suppressed the direct effect of entrepreneurial orientation on family firm performance. A major implication of this finding is that for family firms to improve their performance through entrepreneurial orientation, absorptive capacity must act as a mediator.  相似文献
