森林碳生产的要素流动机理分析

分析了森林碳生产的劳动力、资本、土地等主要构成要素,从森林碳生产函数出发,从要素价格、要素之间的替代性、要素环境等3个方面研究了森林碳生产的要素流动机理,提出通过落实国家节能减排政策、提高森林经营者的碳生产认知、完善森林碳生产土地要素管理、保障森林碳生产资金投入、完善碳排放权交易市场等5个方面来保障要素合理有效流动。     

The unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2: understanding mobile device use at festivals

ABSTRACT

This research advances understanding of mobile device use in a leisure context by applying and expanding the Unified Theory of the Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) to festival settings. Through on-site surveys at three festivals the UTAUT2 model and an adapted version for mobile device use at a festival were examined using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. Results reveal that the modified UTAUT2 demonstrates good fit, and the main factors affecting device use at festivals are performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, habit and age. The findings suggest that the festival context plays an important role in understanding use and should be included in future research. By knowing factors that affect use, practitioners can design experiences where technology enhances the festival and does not interfere with attendees’ experiences.     

Monetary Policy Shocks and Heterogeneous Finance Decisions: A Model of Hidden Effort Choice and Financial Intermediation

Abstract. The paper investigates how monetary policy shocks influence the composition of firms' external finance given that firms are heterogeneous. Heterogeneity stems from differences in the availability of internal funds and in the monitoring costs associated with bank finance. These costs are determined by the intensity of the lending relationship. By using a delegated monitoring approach it is found that bank loans serve as a substitute for internal funds if the lending relationship is sufficiently close. Moreover, banks with strong credit ties to their customers are not only able to protect borrowers from liquidity constraints following a monetary tightening but are even able to extend their business lending.     

The efficiency of certain speculative markets and gambler behavior

This paper tests the efficiency of the football betting market and develops a model of the determinants of the closing spread. The empirical results suggest that the football betting market is not perfectly efficient. The evidence also suggests that, contrary to previous studies, gamblers that do bet the long shots are acting as rational individuals attempting to maximize their return for a given level of risk. Finally, at least six variables were found to be statistically significant factors in determining closing spreads in the football betting market.

Evaluating guilt arousing marketing communications

An empirical investigation was conducted to evaluate the impact of guilt arousing marketing communications. The results indicated that guilt as a distinct emotion can be aroused to the extent of changing message specific attitudes. However, it was not possible to change either global attitudes or behavioral intentions. One reason for the failure of guilt arousing marketing communications to affect global attitudes and behavioral intentions may be due to counterarguing on the part of message recipients.

Internal and External R&D: A Sample Selection Approach*

This study underlines that the decision to enter into an external R&D relationship is related to an antecedent decision to carry out R&D. This calls for an empirical approach that permits the joint analysis of the determinants of the two decisions, correcting for sample selectivity. Based on a sample of Italian manufacturing firms, the results confirm the need to adopt this approach. Another contribution made by this study is the managerial implications that can be derived from its empirical model, which provide a better understanding of the factors associated with a firm's decision to engage in R&D both independently and with external partners.     

从失效汽车尾气净化催化剂中回收铂族金属--亚砜萃取工艺研究

进行了利用亚砜从失效汽车尾气净化催化剂所得溶液中萃取分离铂、钯、铑的工艺研究,提出了Pt-Pd、Pt-Rh、Pt-Pd-Rh分离的工艺流程.在单槽容积为2.5 L的混合-澄清萃取槽中的台架试验表明,Pt、Pd直收率均大于90%.
