本文通过对乐山市整个区域的三大产业经济发展现状进行分析,得出乐山市的三大产业在各个片区发展不平衡,产业内部发展不平衡、没有形成科技创新体系、科学决策机制不完善等阻碍经济发展问题,并对乐山市三大产业经济的均衡发展提出建议。

开发性金融对经济增长影响效应的动态分析

根据开发性金融理论及一般金融理论,对开发性金融与一般金融的差异进行比较分析;在借鉴一般金融与经济增长关系衡量指标的基础上,基于开发性金融对经济增长的基本作用路径,选取了开发性金融计量指标;运用夸克自回归模型对开发性金融对经济增长的影响强度进行动态测量。研究表明,开发性金融对经济增长的长期影响效应显著,明显大于一般金融对经济增长的长期影响效应,同时表现出很强的经济外部性。     

区域农产品物流一体化的可持续发展研究

在充分分析制约区域农产品物流一体化发展的因素的基础上,提出了发展区域农产品物流一体化的具体措施,研究表明促进区域农业物流一体化建设必须坚持科学发展观指导,从中汲取有利的理论成分和创新观点,坚持以农为本,全面、协调和可持续的开展农业物流一体化建设。     

Profiling emerging contractors for effective transformation in the South African construction sector

South Africa's construction industry is transforming. Its economy requires a wider base of contracting entities. Much of this growth is expected to be delivered by ‘emerging’ contractors. Yet these companies face significant obstacles. Targeted interventions that foster companies need a better picture of these firms and their core members. A survey of the civil engineering sector, targeting emerging contractors, showed that the owners of these companies lack training and experience, and that there are gender-related differences. Classifications according to company turnover, contract sizes or employee numbers alone do not reflect circumstances. Combining these data with the core members' backgrounds gives a clearer picture. Most companies hover between the ‘Existence’ and ‘Survival’ stages of business development. Development initiatives that assume companies require knowledge must accommodate large cognitive distances between sender and receiver. Initiatives thus need to focus on the owners, considering the status and background of their companies.     

澳门高端服务业:产业走向与发展效应

高端服务业是伴随全球产业结构调整及经济结构高级化而发展起来的现代服务产业。在澳门经济转型升级和城市竞争力提升中,高端服务业发展具有重要的战略地位。文章在探讨澳门高端服务业发展现状、特征及依据的基础上,采用数据包络分析方法 (DEA),对澳门高端服务业的发展效率进行了实证分析,提出了澳门高端服务业发展的政策路径。     

Construction and validation of a scale to measure tourist motivation to consume local food

Although the importance of the role of local food in tourism has begun to form an academic debate in the last decade, little effort has been invested in understanding what tourist motivations influence consumption of local food and beverages in a tourist destination and to develop a measurement scale for those motivations. Thus, this study adopted the comprehensive procedures of measurement scale development recommended by prior studies. The scale development procedure yielded a five factor measurement scale with acceptable levels of reliability and validity. Five underlying motivational dimensions of local food consumption were labelled: cultural experience; interpersonal relation; excitement; sensory appeal; and health concern. The outcomes and applications of the developed scale are discussed both in terms of theoretical and managerial implications.     

The relationships among professional competence,job satisfaction and career development confidence for chefs in Taiwan

This study explores the relationship among professional competence, job satisfaction and the career development confidence for chefs, and examines the mediators of job satisfaction for professional competence and career development confidence in Taiwan. The analytical results demonstrate that work attitude was the most influential construct for professional competence, and culinary creativity had the lowest reported ratings. Job selection satisfaction showed higher ranking than current job satisfaction. The structural equation modeling results showed that professional competence significantly affects job satisfaction, and that job satisfaction predicts actual career development confidence. Additionally, job satisfaction mediated the influences of professional competence and career development confidence. The implications of these findings are discussed.
